The Wave Kitchen & Bar, offers an ocean-front dining space with amazing views of the Atlantic. The restaurant offers a menu directly sourced from local farmers, fishermen and artisanal purveyors. The Wave concept was designed to offer a dining experience similar to what one would encounter at a hospitable and cozy dinner party at a friend’s home with generous attention to detail. The open kitchen and customizable selections aim to engage guests. The Wave will also feature select Cuban specialties developed by Costa’s owners,Emilio and Gloria Estefan, form their Estefan Kitchen cookbook.
"The Wave restaurant was extremely overpriced for the service and food quality. I took my mother and wife for Mother's Day thinking it would serve Cuban food and instead got your typical Sunday brunch food at a very expensive $55 per person price I would NOT recommend this restaurant."

"The resturarnt was very noisy if you wanted to have a conversation across the table. Food and service was upscale and most likely the best in Vero Beach. I would dine or party here anytime, a real treat!"

"Our first time at this restaurant for dinner and we went for my husbands birthday. We both had excellent meals and they even put together a special dish for our dessert. Very nice, warm welcome and great service."

"We were under the impression the restaurant had ocean views from the dining room. There was a view of the pool area but not the ocean. Regardless, the atmosphere was very chic and the food was amazing! Can't wait to go back when we are in the Vero Beach area again."

"The amnbiance was pleasant; we had a beautiful round table for 8 that was somewhat off by itself. Noise was still an issue but the surroundings made up for that. We had an extremely "solicitous" waiter...thanking us for every question we asked, catering to every detail of every question...a bit much. All 4 couples ordered Paella, said to be the speciality of the house. It was a but dry and it was obvious that the rice mixture (with chicken and chorizo) had been made ahead of time and reheated. The shrimp and scallops were delicious. 5 of the 10 shells of my mussels and clams had not opened. I was told by the waiter that I really could eat them...I said "no". I was not offered any replacement seafood and my comment was brushed aside."

"The food was fantastic! The chef was brilliantly creative in his creation of Neuvo Cuban cuisine without sacrificing the authenticity of the dishes. Everything, from start to finish, was mouth-watering. Not only will I be sure to return, but I will happily recommend to anyone in the area. Bravo! The staff was also fantastic. Our server was well-spoken, attentive & knowledgable."

"I had wanted to try this restaurant for a few years now.....wanted to try authentic Cuban food. It was so-so. Not bad, but nothing special. The dining room itself was pretty small which surprised me for a large hotel."

"My wife and I stayed at Costa D'Este on our wedding night a year ago. We did not have the chance to eat there so we decided to go to The Wave for our anniversary dinner. Our waiter, David, was exceptional, the presentation and the quality of the meal was excellent. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and we would recommend this restaurant to everyone."
