SATAY Restaurant was founded in 1987 by renowned chef and food scientist, Dr Foo Swasdee. Our focuses are using fresh, homegrown organic herbs, sustainable/local ingredients for recipes created by Chef Dr. Foo with nutrition concepts in mind.
