A tribute to the maritime heritage of beautiful Harbor Springs, Stafford's Pier Restaurant offers true waterfront dining, quite literally, as the Pier Restaurant was built on original pilings over the harbor.
The Pier's Pointer Room overlooks the historic yacht basin while offering visitors a superb choice of fine cuisine. The more casual Chart Room provides a relaxed environment with a traditional menu. A local meeting spot, the Wheelhouse Lounge is open daily for cocktails with a complete menu. Dudley's Deck is without question the most famous outdoor dining spot in northern Michigan and the place to be each and every Fourth of July.
Along with spectacular views, the Pier notes an impressive culinary team, lead by Executive Chef Britt Beaumont.
The Pier is always the center of action in Harbor Springs all year long. And especially when summertime hits, there is probably no more popular nightspot in town.
"We had a family special occasion dinner here on Saturday night. Our server, Andrea, was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Three of us had planked whitefish - there were only empty plates at the end of the meal. The creole beef tip appetizer is spicy, creamy and delicious. If you have not had their dill rolls with real butter, save your carbs to have one (or two!) We also recommend some of the specialty drinks, like the raspberry infused martini, the mojito and the dark and stormy (although hard to ride the bike home after that one!) There is a fun outside bar, Dudley's Deck that is great for views and less formal. The Pointer Room is one of Stafford's best."

"Our waitress was very friendly, but took a little extra time to get to the table. She seemed a little overwhelmed with serving all of the tables in the restaurant. We enjoyed the food and her customer service."

"We visited this restaurant in the Winter. It was a first time here and we tried to look for the menu online but could not find one. Very expensive (Pointer Room) I had a dinner salad wanted beef tips added. Reminded me of a bag salad from the grocery store. Not very appealing in taste. However others ordered the whitefish and perch and said it was very good. I'm sure this place is nice in the summer as they have an outside patio. I was also told after we orderd that the bar has the same menu for half the price. Would recommend that if we every revisit. Also great wine list!"
