"This was our first time at Primarily Prime Rib we usually go to the Orleans Prime Rib Loft but recently moved to Henderson and tried South Point for Fathers Day Food was amazing much quitter than Orleans, lovely Room, Waiter was not the friendliest I do not think he smiled once. Bus boy did great job. I would recommend this restaurant to my friends."

"Had been there before and was really good. But this time the server acted like she didn't even want to be there we would tell her what we wanted and she would not even listen. Salad and bread was great Prime rib had grizzle running all through it and I could hardly cut it. We put on reservation that it was our Anniversary but they never mentioned it. Was not good and I don't know if I would go back."

"We are locals and eat and bring friends to Primarily Prime frequently.
We ate at PP Saturday night. We both got different pieces of meat and they

"My family and I have dined here several times and loved it but this visit was so upsetting. We had a reservation and they sat us right away but nobody came to get our drink order until 5-10 minutes later. They got rid of ceaears salads which was a bummer. I felt service was very poor we had to always ask for refills and other things we needed. When we got our prime rib which was the south point cut it was so tough I couldn't even cut or chew it. I love prime rib but I hardly ate mine and didn't even take it home. Not sure if they have changed owners, cooks or what but this visit was the worse I've ever had and won't be back for a long time or even ever again."

"My wife and I have eaten here about 7 times and it has always been pleasurable. We have brought guests on a few occasions and now they bring their friends. Service is fantasic and they always have some wine specials that are very pleasing. Great fun and food for a reasonable price."

"The food is always spot on. The service, both this time and the last, were less than good. In all fairness, our server was good, his assistant was terrible. She kept rushing us to get out of there. I wasn't done with mine, she grabbed my plate, tipped the fork off of the plate, and spilled au ju on me. We were in Vegas for my mom's 65th birthday, and it was just blown off by them. I don't expect them to throw a party or anything, but a happy birthday would've been nice. We tried to discuss the situation with the front ladies, and all we got was thanks, come again. We will be back for the food, we just know to not expect any kind of good service."

"Our waiter told us about the special but did not give any explanation about the meal. I heard a waiter from another table describe the special very eloquently. I had the Southpoint Prim Rib and my wife had the salmon.
The split pea soup was pretty good. Good texture without being mushy and had just the right amount of ham and carrots. My wife like her tossed salad with bleu cheese. We were disappointed with the bread that came out before the salad. It was so hard, I had the use my steak knife to cut though the crust. The very center was ok, but WOW, it was like it had been sitting out for hours or even days."

"Still good but disappointed you deleted the ceaser salad. For an upscale eating place you should have "brewed iced tea" not instant.
The meat and bread was good as usual. We made a reservation for five people and they sat us at the first round table just inside where it was extra busy with people walking by. They should have set us in the back area where there were many booths and tables available. We will return but will ask for a quieter seating location when making our reservation."

"The first time in we were told about the Restaurant by a Co-Worker. We did enjoyed the evening and the food was really good. I decided to surprise my lady with dinner out and I made reservations.
The table we sat at was very dark and not in a romantic way. All other tables had a light over them. That just was the beginning to a "So-So" kind of dinning expereince.

"I made reservations on Mother"s Day for 7PM. When we arrived about 6:50PM I was told that it would be a few minutes to set up our table. I finally was told at 7:25PM that I can be seated. Why did I have to make a reservation and be treated like I was at the doctors office. My wife was upset only due to the fact that nobody cared about us just sitting outside the restaurant waiting to be seated."

"We were at south pointe on business, went there for dinner. Primarily Rib, of course we had prime rib. chewy and not real flavorful, just ok. Had a gin & tonic, the tonic was flat. When I spoke about it the waiter said "its not our fault it comes from down stairs". Tried a 2nd one same thing. The baked potato was good, so was the spinach salad."

"I had the signature cut of prime rib with soup and baked potato. The meatball soup was very good and the baked potato with the works was perfect. The prime rib, while tasty, was a bit tough for being "prime" rib. The service was very good, but the waiter's assistant got my drink order wrong. The waiter apologized and replaced it quickly. The other three diners at my table all liked their dinners but felt that the meat was a bit chewy also."

"The menu has changed since our last visit and includes a greater selection, while keeping all the old favorites. Appetizers have been added, as well a nice spinach salad choice to accompany the meal. The food is very good, with a nice presentation and sufficient quantity. Pleasant surroundings and a moderate price make this a winner for us. The staff is courteous, efficient, and amiable."

"I have dined here twice in the last month. The first time I arrived late as the restuarant was closing and we got in and were very impressed. This last weekend we came up on a spur of the moment and made a reservation (we came up due to a e-mail sent about the bull riding) Everything was fine again, and I not complaining, but we had the same selection off of the menu as we did on our prior trip. This time the cut of beef wasn't near as tender. Again, not a complaint as it was still pretty darn good, but just my thoughts. I would still reccommend and return."

"My husband and I went on Easter and had delicious prime rib which included wine and dessert. There were couples, groups and families - very nice atmoshpere for all. We were there last year and had a delicious meal also. Wonderful service then too! Highly recommend for anyone!"

"The steak was horrible it was tough had a bitter taste. When we asked for butter the waitress at first said we don't have butter Waite we are at a restaurant. The menu only had 3 choices I think the meals were pre made and just served as they were ordered. I have been in 100s of steak houses in Las Vegas I could have had a better steak anywhere I should have gone to Burger King. I would never go there again and will advice anyone not to dine there. I had just an overall real bad experience. One last thing the bread us in chewable
