BluWater Grill
Bluwater Grill is one of Hawaii"s only waterfront restaurants. Located in Hawaii Kai its the perfect place to visit after Hanauma Bay or your day enjoying jet skiing or para sailing nearby. The menu is eclectic and features a wide range of choices from sandwiches to lamb and lobster. The bar is fully stocked with a great selection of refreshing island inspired libations, wines and speciality spirits. Full menu available all day or you can drop in for a cold beverage and pupu (appetizer) on the lanai (patio) Happy hour Monday -Friday from 3:00-6:00.

"Sunday, March 10th is the final day for BluWater Grill.
It has always been the best restaurant for lunch in the world.
Of course I haven`t gone to every restaurant,but it was my absolute favorite for lunch in Hawaii - great food, fantastic ambience, outdoor seating overlooking a beautiful lagoon - so relaxing everyone feels like they are on vacation!!!"

"The Service was just awful, fortunately the Miso-salmon I had and the Mahi my husband had and the Lilikoi Creme Brulee were okay. Food was not hot, and my husband could see the plates sitting and waiting for the waiters/waitress to pick -up.
We both discussed our experience,( which was our first), if we would ever go back..the answer was "NO"
While we were waiting to get water...we both notice that there were about 7 customers at the front of the restaurant..but no hostess..they stood and waited for about 15 minutes...and then just turned around and left. This was really sad The next day I went to work and my employees asked how was it...before I could say anything ..they said.."Is the service still awful?" I said Yes!"

"The food was great. But the service just wasn't there. I know it was on Valentine's night but if it wasn't for the manager taking care of us, it would have been a total wash out. The hostess was gracious enough to seat us promptly and offered to change our seats to indoors since it was very windy and chilly for outdoor seating. Once we sat down though, nobody greeted us or even "watered" us. When the manager seen how discouraged we might have looked, she decided to take care of us. From then on we got great service and salvaged Valentine's night for us."

"We had a great dinner. Our server was fantastic - attentive but not too intrusive. The fish and chips were some of the best I've had and my fiancée enjoyed the scallops. We also had the Maui onion soup which was great."

"The ambience was fantastic. The fish was very nice, but baked potato was not available for my mother, only pre-made garlic mashed potatoes, and she doesn't like garlic. I ordered a mohito, but as stated on the menu, it was made with a lime sour mixture, instead of pure lime juice, in addition to the rum and muddled mint. It had an artificial flavor that was more reminiscent of tropical chain restaurants than the really refined, yet relaxed restaurant I believe you are on the verge of becoming. I think more emphasis on premium natural foods like baked potatoes and lime that complement your fresh fish and vegetables would be better, including more original desserts with fresh fruit and some ice cream, sherbet or yogurt.Liz from Atlanta"
