Ming Court has been serving the area’s finest Oriental cuisine for over 20 years. The extensive menu features authentic Dim Sum, fine Sushi, and a vast selection of innovative Wok & Char-Grill dishes, from the finest seafood and steaks, to the most popular Chinese dishes and even traditional family style cuisine. Ming Court is located within walking distance to the Orange County Convention Center and is surrounded by a beautiful Koi pond and gardens. The recipient of over twenty dining awards, the restaurant also has a variety of private dining rooms; from 20 to 400 guests for a banquet and 60 to 600 guests for a reception. Ming Court is mostly about really great food, or as the locals like to say, it’s the reason chopsticks were invented!

"We came on a recommendation from a friend who'd eaten there the week before....so we gave it a try. We werent disappointed! The food was very good, thanks to the waiter for explaining some of the traditional 'Chinese home cooking' items...ask about the 'pork maw'! LOL The menu is varied and there is something on it that will appeal to everyone. Even with a wedding party in a nearby room, the atmosphere was quiet enough to speak normally to everyone at the table. The live traditional Chinese music was an added delight!"

"I came by myself on a buisness trip and made my reservation online. When I arrived my reservation was not showing on the computer and was offered the bar area to be served quicker. I really didn't want to eat at the bar especially since I had a reservation . The manager quickly came out and got me seated at a table immediately . It was a wonderful experience and the service was wonderful!"

"It was very busy at lunch but the staff went out of their way to accomodate the customers. There was even someone outside directing the overflowing parking and managed to get everyone parked. The server was motherly and friendly and apologized for the slower than usual service. due to Mother's Day. As it turned out, the food arrived promptly and was authentic and delicious."

"I dined here on a Saturday night with some out of town guests. I made reservations online ahead of time and we were seated right away when we arrived. The shrimp won ton soup was amazing. The lo mein was very good. Not too greasy which I find it can be in other Chinese restaurants. The shrimp dumplings were nothing spectacular though."

"The atmosphere was very serene and the decor traditional Chinese. The cuts of meat used in the dishes were tender and tasty. The hot and sour soup was superb. The General Tsu Chicken and the Sweet and Sour Pork could have been hotter but was very tasty. It was prepared the traditional way with appropriate fruits and vegetables. Our waiter, Joe, was extremely attentive, bringing us more water and tea every time we drank some. The Chinese tea had a jasmine flavor to it. It was very refreshing. We look forward to our next visit."

"The ambience was nice. I put a request with Opentable to be seated at a table for 11 where we would have a nice view, for picture purposes. When we arrived we were quickly seated and our table was directly in front of a large window facing there outdoor fountain/garden. However there was no water coming out of the fountains, so that was a bit of a spoil. The food was well priced and the environment was nice and quiet. The menu had a decent selection, other than the kids menu; that menu could have defiantly been better. The service was decent. Danny was nice, but he wasn’t friendly, although he did his job by taking our order quickly and accurately and serviced us accordingly. Overall it was a nice experience and I would enjoy returning."

"One of the better Chinese restaurants in Florida, probably the best in Orlando. Good selection and reasonably priced. As an experienced connoisseur of Chinese cuisine, including having my own 36" wok burner in my gourmet kitchen where I cook Chinese, I was impressed with Ming Court. "It is difficult to find good quality Chinese food in Florida. Ming Court offers an outstanding menu and an overall high quality dining experience. The change in recent years to offering a more pan-Asian menu perhaps is more marketable to the Orlando tourist crowd, but detracts a little from the authenticity of the Chinese menu. Overall, this is an excellent restaurant and a real gem in central Florida."

"I have never had such rude service. The waiter snapped at another server who came to our table when he was not available. He told us that if we did not hurry up and order we would never get our food. He took away my comment card and automatically added his tip. "Lived here for 10 years now, but never been to it as I avoid I-Drive. Wanted to take the wife out for Valentine's and we both love Beijing (Peking) Duck, so I researched Chinese restaurants with it. I was NOT disappointed in the least! We've actually dined at two of the best in Beijing, Quanjude and Jiuhuashan a couple of years ago and this was the closest to it! Service was great, especially considering it was Valentine's Day and we were impressed with everything. If you were wondering, we are Frequent Diners to all types and eat out at least twice a week."

"While Ming Garden is not the same as my style of Chinese food found in the Boston area, the dishes we were served were fresh, well made, and tasted amazingly good. We'll take the hour drive again and again now that we've found this special place."
