"We had a great time visiting JB's on Mother's Day. This restaurant truly is a gem. Our group had a filet (cooked perfectly), stone crab (always delicious), a cheeseburger, fish & chips, coconut shrimp, flatbreads, & deserts. Everything was amazing. We will return."

"Well the title says it all, JB's is in a perfect location. I have always enjoyed having Lunch and Dinner there for Many years. Whenever guest come in from out of town, JB's is the place I always bring them to.

"Went to restaurant with elderly uncle and mother, not good! This restaurant is fine for beach goers who are barely dressed or people who are ready to drink alcohol at noon. Waiter was ok. Overall the staff were not genuine.
Noise level was so loud that we couldn't hold a conversation. We had to talk into each other's ears.
We sat inside, ambiance was poor. Food was ok but certainly nothing special."

"From the outdoor patio there is a great view of Deerfield Beach! Because you are in a tourist area, the various brunch entrees and drinks a little pricey, but the classic breakfast menu section entrees come with a choice of a glass of mimosa or champagne. Nice for a special occasion."

"If you like good food then try this place. I had the mussels to start and they were tender and juicy and the sauce was so good. best ever. Then i got the trout You can choose different sauces if you want to add it or not. That was also very good. i highly recommend the trout. Everything came out nice and hot. I love my food pipping hot and not like warm. Lol. So yes go here you will love the food and prices. The waitresses and waiters and all the staff were wonderfully. For all you first daters out there ....... This a place to go. Prices are reasonable and the food is delicious"

"We were a party of 8 and everyone had a decent meal. service was a little sketchy but in all fairness, it's Easter week and quite busy on the beach. You wouldn't go for the food, but the atmosphere was lively and i would go back for drinks and dessert if not for dinner."

"Perhaps Sunday evening isn't the time to go for the less young crowd. Strong police presence and a raucous band that took up space for 16 tables made it feel more like a sleazy meat market than a nice restaurant on the beach. The staff was nice, though, and accommodating, even if they weren't able to seat us for a half an hour."

"We arrived and had a 6pm reservation, the table we were scheduled to go in was slow, so we had to wait sometime. Then our waiter was very slow and not very willing to work with us on a change that would have been easy to make, if he had been more on top of it. Otherwise the food and atmosphere was great and what we were looking for. Though the bar scene was fun, it would have been nice for them to skip the music on Easter Sunday and allow families to eat outside. I would not go back on Sunday with family for this reason."

"JB's is a great place if you want to eat outside with a view of the ocean. Food is good and reasonably priced considering the view. I don't like the fact that you can only reserve a table outside if you call. They don't honor outside tables when reservations are made on Open Table. I hope that changes."
