"211 Clover has become a great favorite of ours, and we chose this opportunity to introduce it to out-of-town visitors, who were highly complimentary of their experience. Our server was especially impressive -- knowledgeable, attentive without hovering, just the right balance of pleasant and professional (not trying to be our best friend, thank goodness). Each person ordered a different entree, and each enjoyed his/her choice. The strawberry crisp was especially flavorful."

"Lovely restaurant. Hadn't been for a few years, and it is still one of my favorites! Lunch is a great way to try this restaurant for a lower price. Entrees are carefully prepared and presented in a simple but elegant way. Everything tastes perfect. Simple but sophisticated atmosphere. Unobtrusive service. Feels like eating at a home on the French countryside. Great for an intimate lunch or dinner. Will definitely be back. Staff could be friendlier, but I think they aren't so that they can leave you alone."

"Wonderful meal at a wonderful restaurant. The service was impeccable, not imposing. Our server was extremely knowledgeable about the wines and the food. We had a group of six, and he room we were in was very conducive to talk, not noisy at all. Al in all a fantastic experience. I always love coming here."

"We were reminded of why this is one of our favorite Louisville restaurants. The rabbit entree was especially flavorful and creative, and the mushroom strudel outstanding. Our server was knowledgeable and the perfect combination of attentive and unobtrusive. We will be back."

"We eat here often and it's always just grand. The food is absolutely some of the best you'll find. I had the trout with potatoes, spinach with lemon and capers. WOW. The waiters and waitresses are ALWAYS accomodating and friendly."

"Quick review. We had a fabulous meal at 211 and it truly is a hidden gem. You have to love a place that changes its menu DAILY! I had the bibb salad, scallop risotto and we split the creme caramel for dessert. My friend had the roast pork tenderloin, polenta and seared escarole. Fantastic!"
