"Not very impressed with the food. It was just ok, nothing that great to rave about. Drinks were very strong, cool scene, great crowd, servers and staff all very friendly. Accommodated our very large party with making a simple online reservation 5 days in advance. They had out table ready on time for it also."

"I went to the Living Room for dinner on my birthday, and I have to admit that I was disappointed. I thought that the appeal of the restaurant was that you could eat in the lounge area, but since my brother is only 20 years old we were not allowed to sit there. The dining room was abandoned, quiet, and almost completely dark- not exactly what I had in mind for a birthday dinner (on a Saturday night at 7:30)! Before we had even finished paying the check, the waitstaff came over and placed a 'reserved' sign on the table. I thought that was so rude! The Living Room might be fun for drinks, but skip the dinner."

"My wife and I had our valentine's dinner here and were impressed with the menu and bar. The wait staff were attentive and the ambiance was appropriate for dinner in the city. Our only complaint was the music was too loud and not necessarily appropriate for dining."

"I really like this place, this is only the second time here. The first time, maybe 2 years ago I had the best piece of Tuna I had ever had and my friend had the best Swordfish she ever had. I took my boyfriend this time and the space is still awesome but I was not overly impressed with the food this time. I had the roasted tomato soup,flavorful but too salty and the pan seared salmon which was cooked perfect but lacking anything to write about. My boyfriend had the specials of the night, the salad was the favorite. The waitress was great and the martini's were awesome. I did not like that all the bar tables were reserved, it was not very inviting."

"We stopped by The Living Room last night because they have the best veggie burger (with sweet potato fries) in the North End. We were sad to learn that they've taken the veggie burger off the menu! It was a quiet Thursday night so we opted for a cobb salad, which was very good and the turkey tips. Overall it was a good meal, the server was very kind and we enjoyed ourselves. Please bring back the veggie burger though!"
