"We got a reservation but still had to wait 40 minutes to get our table. The service was extremely slow, specially the kitchen. We had to order the same things several times to get them. Our waiter was very friendly and did his best, even though the rest of the service was terrible. And this was on a Thursday night, I can only imagine during the weekend. Won't recommend to my friends due to the bad service..."

"Just ok pizza, good beer.. We had a party of 8 and they were able to seat us at a large round table that was nice. We had one person order a salad which never appeared -- however the waiter was very nice about it."

"I should have read the other reviews warning about both food and service. A complete let down on all levels. The only real plus side was being able to reserve a table here and the beer, the beer was above average for a mountain brewery.
If you are like me and read reviews but go to the place any way, take my word for it, this just isn't worth it.
For the record I held a great deal back here after a long talk with the manager and a completely comped check..."

"The service was the worst we have ever experienced in the US - it was slow and careless, we had to chase up our food, then they brought someone elses order and when we finally got our order it was wrong.."

"I do not remember who our server was, but he did not do a great job. I have been a server myself so I understand the pressures and difficulties with the job. However, he repeatedly neglected our table and messed up orders. He also did not split the bill appropriately. During all of this the restaurant was not at full capacity. There were at least four empty tables. I hope that this was just a fluke because other than that the place was great."

"Beer selection is good.
Nothing is fresh in the food department, clearly everything is premade and frozen. They just warm up or fry and serve. It wasn't too expensive."
