"The restaurant is located in a small, somewhat hidden shopping mall. It is larger than first appears and it was a pleasant surprise to see the interior. Not fancy by any means but both the food and service was very good. We will definitely go back"

"A totally delightful dining spot is a tucked away downtown location. The delicious food is Yucatan influenced, not the usual northern New Mexico fare. George, the owner, is attentive and friendly; and the service is excellent and efficient. We always have a lovely time here and highly recommend Mucho Gusto!"

"Our Saturday lunch experience was totally delightful! The Yucatan influenced Mexican cuisine was delicious and presented beautifully. This is not Tex-Mex, but delicately flavored interior Mexico food with rich sauces and fresh ingredients prepared from inspired recipes. Although the restaurant was busy, the amiable owner, George, took time to visit each table -- very thoughtful and welcoming. Everyone was smiling and enjoying themselves, including us!"

"In the past two weeks I have enjoyed a lunch and a dinner at Mucho Gusto. At both times everyone in the party was pleasantly surprised by the quality of all the dishes served.We dined around Santa Fe and found Mucho Gusto was #1 on the list! We even discussed returning for another meal there in the same weekend.

"We went early on a Saturday evening (4:30), so the restaurant was not busy at all (which was nice). The service was prompt and attentive, but not overbearing. The food was simply incredible! We ordered two entrees and shared them (the shrimp enchiladas and the stuffed chicken breast). The food was delivered piping hot from the kitchen within a very short time after ordering. We were very impressed with our experience and would be happy to return in the future."
