"It was alright. My party and I had a late lunch/early dinner at this restaurant on Sunday, and we are satisfied. The service was OK and the food was most acceptable. As I just flew in from Singapore and drove from JFK, it was difficult to thoroughly enjoy anything with the jet-lag and 13-hour time difference. Despite that, I must say that I am happy I picked Langousta Lounge. At least my friends who drove in from Princeton seemed to enjoy our get-together. The fish dishes were splendid. I would recommend people to eat there."

"So I loved Langosta prior to the storm. I want to support it since they were closed for so long so I will definitely go back. BUT... I was disappointed to see they got rid of my favorite drink on their drink list. But that's not a big deal. The service was lacking and the food was alright. Not great. My fish was WAY too dry and the salad I got to start had virtually no dressing on it. So I hope they can come back to where they were before the storm closed them down."

"I had the vegetarian curry dish that was out of this world!! Lots of veggies over red quinoa and a fabulous curry. I think they said it's a mix between a green and red curry. Didn't taste anyone else's but my daughter had the seared tuna over mashed potatoes and loved it too. Sushi looked good and fresh. Fun atmosphere. We were there on a rainy June Monday night so it was quiet, but perfect as one of us has hearing issues so it was perfect. Had had a bad meal here 4-5 years ago and never came back to give it a try...shame on me...Glad we did...we will be back!"

"We went to Langosta Lounge all the time. Knowing they just re-opened after Superstorm Sandy, we went back to lend our support to their return. How disappointing...the food was less than fair and it use to be great. Had to send a martini back...it was suppose to be an appletini but couldn't tell what it was. Substituted it with a Cosmo, which was" just ok!" Maybe the original chef moved on and very inexperienced bartender...but I wouldn't return anytime soon. It used to be a terrific place I would always recommend, not now."

"Bar was great. Friendly Bartenders, great drinks. Food on the other hand was spotty at best. Fried Olives could have been used as a weapon. Ceviche had corn nuts and popcorn in it. At first it seemed like a good idea, but it just didn't work. The lobster in the lobster curry was overcooked and uninspired. However the Mahi Mahi Eco special my date had was well prepared and tasty. The service was also not incredible. Plates were not taken between courses in time, no one really paying attention at all, and they were just not well versed with what they were servicing."

"New floor treatment looks beautiful. The expanded seating and bar areas are easier to navigate and feel more open. Staff seemed quarupled than previous levels. This is necessary given all the extra seats. Hopefully, they do not back off on staffing levels on non-holiday weekends. Our server was very pleasant although it did take quite a long time to get our check. Menu had a few updates. New steak entree was delicious. Fried olives are still a gem, the macadamia nut pesto lacked a little depth, the short ribs were missing the typical au jus. We also ordered 2 new drinks from the menu. Komodo Dragon was delicious, but they were out of the supplies for the Rubie Dee. These locals will be back to see if this diamond is fully polished."

"I returned to langosta lounge after being an avid fan last year. While the drinks were good i found the selection of food to be weak- either heavily fried or heavily with cilantro and curry flair. They were not accomodating at all. very disappointed"
