Milton's is a local restaurant that is a beautifully renovated 150 year old Farmhouse displaying many of it's original features, nestled in the heart of the Crabapple area of Milton, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta. Executive Chef Derek Dollar serves “New Southern” cuisine that utilizes fresh, local ingredients to create regionally inspired comfort food with bold flavors that are artistically presented in a relaxed and friendly environment. Wonderful patios over looking a rolling lawn surrounded by beautiful old trees. We look forward to serving you.

"They had the Sesame Crusted Mountain Trout buttermilk mashed potatoes, asparagus, sweet potato shrimp fritters, red chile syrup. I had the Blackened Salmon pimiento cheese grits, garlic spinach, citrus basil beurre blanc (entree) & Sweet Potato Shrimp Fritter w/ red chile syrup, basil oil (aptzr). For drink they had a coke - I had the Georgia something other Mojito (forgot name). However, it was good. Everything we had was good. Yes, we will return. Justin was our server. He was great. Owner/manager walked around to make sure everything was ok with everyone. They had a HUGE (i assume corporate) party that reserved the enitre patio and still other patrons received their food in timely manner (watched others around me/us). Will return"

"It is wonderful when children become adults and are old enough to enjoy not only going our to dinner, but also enjoying the food. Everything we had was well prepared and well presented. Two trout dinners, one grilled chicken, one fried chicken, and one pork something.
The sauces were really the strong suits. Andoullie sausage gravy is over the top.
On the not so wonderful side, one of the speciality drinks was ok, but not a great hit. I would skip the pork belly appitizer. While interesting and tasty, too much fat.
Service was the weakest point."

"My family met there for a birthday celebration which included a 2 yr old. I had sent an email that we were celebrating a birthday and was so pleased that the server had been informed ahead of time. When we ordered some dessert our server brought our hers with a candle. Very nice touch. Also the server was very good with my grandson and brought his dinner right away so that he didn't get impatient. The food was outstanding!!! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!! Very relaxed atmosphere and has a great atmosphere...love the history of the house."

"We went to Milton's for the first time this weekend. It had great reviews on Open Table and they were correct! The food was delicious and the service was great1 The restaurant is in a 150 year home that has been remodeled to become a lovely restaurant with several rooms for dining.
The menu covered all ranges of palates. For an appetizer we had the fun fried pickles! Everything was delicious! It is truly a good find!"

"Milton's has never failed me - from food to service, it is consistently excellent. It's always my first choice to take out of town guests or even local friends who have never experienced it. I've even hosted team work events there with great success. This particular occasion was my daughter's 12th birthday celebration and SHE chose Milton's because she loves it. She devours the fried chicken and mashed potatoes. Milton's will remain at the top of my list."

"What a nice restaurant tucked away in a small community! With such friendly and quick service, we were in and out in no time at all. My food was excellent! I had the bone-in rib eye steak and delicious mussels as an appetizer. The crab cakes my husband had were good, but not exceptional, and way too small. My husband would have come away still hungry if I had not shared my steak. We will go back but not for the crab cakes."

"Perhaps our server and the chef were tired from the early crowd, but we had a 8:30p reservation and felt that both were phoning it in. Our server came to check on us when it was conveinent for her or sometimes on the way back from her larger table, but by the time she took our order we were so hungry we skipped appetizers and went directly for the main course. The menu looked great, but the food was only a solid "B" at best. The meat was cooked pretty well, but everything else was an after-thought (the risotto was overcooked mush and the vegetables and potato mash were inconsistently undercooked). Doubt we will be going back anytime soon..."

"I must say I was not impressed last evening...First of all we had reservations for 7:15 and they called to tell me we had been moved to 7:30..When we arrived we found out it was prom night and we weren't seated until 8:00....Our waitress was very uncommunicative and as it was my daughters birthday she did bring us a complimentary piece of cake and that's exactly what she said...Did not ask any of us if we would like coffee or a dessert and before we could ask she brought the check and not a thank you or have a great night or anything...I don't know if I would go back there again..."

"What a treasure! We've never had anything but excellent food - fresh and beautifully presented while dining here over the past three years.
Highly recommended and I suggest you ask for Brian if he is available be your waitperson. He's a perfect host and makes you feel like you are the only people dining in this beautifully restored farmhouse."

"We dine at Milton's at least monthly and this experience, as always, was perfect. It was a beautiful night to sit on the outdoor deck, and the food, service, and drinks could not have been better. We were entertaining an out-of-town guest and she could not stop talking about how dinner at Milton's was her favorite thing about her week in Atlanta. Most highly recommended!"

"We had a problem with the service. It seemed everyone around us was serve and we waited. They actually comped us the mussels as a appetizer.
The food when it finally came out was delicious .the mussels were a little small, our trout was great.my husband had the salmon was also delicious .

"First time to Milton's and it was excellent. It was our anniversary, but we also had our 21 month old with us. Food was great, and our server was friendly and didn't seem annoyed we had a young child with us. Kids mac n cheese is more for adults though, as the flavor of the cheese was pretty sharp, so we had to trade it for plain pasta. Overall we enjoyed the whole experience and would go back. They even comped a dessert for us in honor of our anniversary."
