"Our server was very nice. Kept our drinks filled. Was very apologetic when my wife didn't care for her order and got her another entree pretty fast. The Fisherman Basket had one fish, 2 oysters and 3 nice size shrimp and the batter was excellent. We will be back."

"Made last minute reservations on Open Table mobile app. Seated right away in restaurant noon on a Saturday. Park was busy so I was a little leary restaurant was only 30% filled. Seafood was excellent (had Fisherman/s basket) huge portions, oysters were awesome. Classy looking air conditioned restaurant with beautiful view of the park. The only negatives were the service. While the wait time for the food was reasonable, the service was no where near the level I received the day before at Mythos, at Islands of Adventure. Staff were standing around most of the time in a corner in a circle, leaning against the wall, backs to the table. Our waiter gave the impression he was disinterested in his job."

"My wife and I are here. My meal was very good (crab came sandwich). Her Asia. Chicken salad was not very good. The chicken was very dry and bland. I suppose you could make up for it with extra dressing and forfeit your calorie savings"

"We like to sit down and eat lunch during our visits to theme parks. After being on your feet all day it is good to sit down and relax for a meal. We- myself, my husband and two kids (11 & 14) each got a different meal. We all liked what we ordered. The service was good and on this particular day the restaurant was not too crowded, as the weather was a bit iffy outside."

"It took a long long time for my food to come. We came during a slow day. Think about eating here during peak season at Universal. The food is average. My husband ordered lobster, it was overcooked. The food is pricey as well. Not coming back, i do not think it is worth my money."

"Unfortunately our experience was not great. First, they assumed that we booked the cinematic package to view the Universal water show. The cost is 44.95. That included appetizer, entree and non-alcoholic drink and the show. YOu had to get that package to sit out on the deck for the show. If we had ordered ala carte off the menu, it would only have come to about $20 to $25 per person so we paid $20 to $25 to sit outside and see the show. The menu was very limited and the food not all that great except for the fried shrimp. Might have gone somewhere else if we had had a clue where else to go that we could get in at the last minute."

"Our overall experience was good with great service and ambiance however my wife and I are extremely disappointed that no one made my six year old son’s birthday dinner special in any way.

"We were very unhappy. To start the menu was no where near where we hoped or expected Lombard's Seafood, had only fish and fried shrimp, and oysters, no crab, no lobster, no nothing. The tables were on top of each other and unlevel as my drink even slid off the table. The menu does not explain what you are ordering, the "shrimp cocktail" which is about $10 only had 4 shrimp, the "Mahi Mahi" was described as just that served with potatoes and vegetables, it actually came out with cheese on it, when my fiance is lactose intolerant. The chicken was bland and the sauce it was in was thin and bland. The service was nothing to rave about. Over-all we were displeased and will find a restaurant in City Walk the next time we visit Universal Studios."

"Lombard's is located inside the Universal Studio but is set aside therefore it doesn't feel like you are in the park unless you have booked to watch night show. The hostess greeted you right away & if you have reservation you were seated promptly. The staff each had a smile & were friendly. Their food was quite tasty & had reasonable portions. My kids enjoyed their time in there."
