"My family loves Catina Feliz and we go often. The food and drinks are awesome. Their servers are friendly helpful and attentive. I recommend their black bean soup and Korean short rib tacos but everything on the menu is delicious. We will continue to return."

"Our party of four liked all of our dishes, which included the short rib enchilada, black bass and crab cakes. The food was flavorful, the presentation was nice and the portions were sufficient. We were seated immediately and the service was prompt and friendly. We all had margaritas before the meal and ice cream afterwards. The restaurant is easily accessible with onsite parking. The restaurant was busy on a Saturday night and, therefore, a little noisy, but not so much that it affected our conversation. We will definitely return to try other dishes."

"I have been to Cantina Feliz several times, and each time the food has been outstanding. It's the noise level that consistently puts a damper on the evening.
Grant it, it is always crowded (because it is good), however, the acoustics leave much to be desired. So if you're with a date or small party, and are trying to have a nice, normal conversation, you may have to resort to yelling.
Maybe a few area rugs would be in order? Seriously, with this caliber of food, most diners would desire a more "noise friendly" environment. Still, I will go back.

"The freshly made guacamole with pineapple and cucumber was our introduction to this new.y discovered gem! My husband said that the tortilla soup he ordered was the BEST he had ever had and our tacos were to die for! We had the Korean barbecue, fish and pork tacos, each kind a delicacy and thoroughly delicious!

"This is a step or two above conventional Tex-Mex, yet still retains its essence. Everyone at the table enjoyed what they ordered. Heard high praise for the black bass and the seafood enchiladas. This is a very noisy place. We asked for a quieter table in our reservation request and were seated in the quietest section, but the decibel level was still high."

"This is the second time I have been to Cantina Feliz. Both times, I found the food to be very salty and woke up at around 2 AM, parched. The atmosphere was so loud that you could barely talk to your dining partners. That said, it's good for kids and even has a kids' menu. Getting the negative out of the way, I really liked the food! The shrimp ceviche was delicious, the sopa azteca wonderful, and the elotes loco was just the best. My husband had the blood orange ceviche and that portion was tiny. The domingo sundae was amazing. I do love the food here and would come back, I just wouldn't expect to be able to hold a conversation with my dining partner(s). Great cocktails, too. The waitstaff was just perfect and attentive."

"I was excited about the Best of Philly voted restaurant, and Cantina lived up to the expectations in almost every way. Of my group of 3, our entress were fabulous (shout out to the mushroom tacos and quinoa enchiladas, incredible!) as was their special appetizer (some sort of carmelized onion flatbread). We also enjoyed 2 delicious desserts: the sundae and the flourless chocolate cake. If you're only choosing one the sundae wins hands down, and it is one of my all time favorite desserts. They also have a unique and tasty selection of cocktails. The reason Cantina only got 4 stars on food is because their salsa was bland and their guacamole was average... these are two key dishes for a Mexican restaurant in my book. Loved it overall though!"

"My son and I were greeted promptly by the lovely hostess and taken to our seats. We ordered a bunch of different items off the menu. We wanted to be adventurous and try some new foods. Everything was delicious. We especially enjoyed the pork carnitas and the corn (so much that we ordered more). My only criticism was that the portions on everything seemed pretty small for the price. The tacos were tiny! But all in all it was a great meal."

"We have been here several times and it is always delicious. I especially recommend the octopus app and the korean short rib tacos. The ceviche, while delicious, is disappointingly skimpy. If you want to go simple - the nachos and enchiladas are awesome. The rest of the menu is superb and often times inventive! Catering here is also great...they did a baby shower for my wife."

"The food is uniformly well prepared, well presented and delicious. Even the chips brought to the table are special - thin, crisp and warm, and servied with a wonderfully complex sauce rather than the ubiquitous salsa. Service is friendly and efficient without being invasive. The vibrant Mexican decor enhances a most pleasant dining experience.
During Happy Hour the bar is packed and noisy but most of the dining areas are separated enough to minimize this potential problem."

"This was my second time at Cantina Feliz. I was worried that it wouldn't be as good as the first time. I was wrong! The food is very consistent and delicious. Our waiter was so helpful and fun. There is something for everyone. I was with a vegetarian and an adventurous eater. We all got something that we loved."

"Service has been consistently great, and I love the ambiance. I am a huge fan of Mexican food, and have been to many Mexican restaurants (both local and downtown) and this is one of the best. We've had the below and all are so good and highly recommended.
