"Four of us got together to celebrate a friend's birthday last Friday evening. The guest of honor and his wife had never dined at Patrick's before (we have dined at Patrick's many times). The birthday "boy" ordered the Filet Mignon, while his wife ordered the Salmon. My wife and I ordered the Salmon and the Shrimp Daily Special. All four entrees were outstanding. My friend's Filet was outstanding and it was accompanied by a Peppercorn Sauce that was absolutely delicious!!
The Salmon and the Shrimp were wonferful as well. The service, as always, was outstanding. Our guests commented that they will definitely return. This restuarant is a real gem...be sure to visit and experience the wonderful food and service!!"

"First, the rack of lamb was excellent. One of the best I had enjoyed in a long time.
However, I was a single diner. I made my reservation through open table, and I was placed at the counter. That might be a good place for interaction over coffee, etc. but it did not add to my dining experience. I did not care for the people standing in line in front of me looking over my meal and crowding up against my feet.
I will return, but it will be with a group so that we can have a table."

"We went to Patricks for our anniversary as I like French food but don't like to head downtown. The food was excellent and the service was as well. I liked the fact that it was fairly quiet. The only negative was that my husband expected the apple desert to be warm but it was chilled. We will definitely be back though. He is crazy about their croissants."

"Excellent food. Was glad I had made a reservation, even though going early, as it was busy. In spite of all the tables being full, the volume in there was very pleasant for visiting and feeling like we were having a relaxing evening out. Service was very good, with all our needs anticipated. Definitely a go to for a pleasant, casual evening."

"On diner's meal wasn't good - steak in "Steak Frites" was tough and had gristle, but the other two meals were excellent. During the week, there is no table service; you order and the food is brought to you."

"Excellent food in a relaxed but refined atmosphere. Casual dress but linen tablecloths and napkins. Broad menu with excellent choices from steak to seafood. Mussels available Friday-Sunday. The best crab cakes we have had in the Cities. They compare favorably to Maryland crab cakes. Nicely paced service."

"We went for my Birthday and had wine and burgers. The service was great and the vibe was very chill. We didn't have to yell to have a conversation and at the end of a long week, it was perfect!"

"Superlative experience. Excellent value. The food was perfect in every way. The service was perfect in every way - knowledgeable, unobtrusive, friendly, attentive. One of the most enjoyable and memorable dining experiences I have ever had. Clearly the chef and waitstaff also have superlative experience."
