"My son and I went to The Grill on Hollywood for Mother's Day. A perfect lunch at The Grill. I had eggs benedict. The eggs were cooked perfectly. My son had a burger and he said it was excellent. The service was top notch. Nice way to spend a special occasion. We went to The El Capitan Theatre across the street afterwards. Next time I would like to eat outside on their patio. We did not know until after we left that they have some tables set up with umbrellas with a view. It was an especially hot day but next time we go, I would like to sit outside. The chef had a complimentary dessert of chocolate mousse cake that was heavenly."

"As always the Grill delivers a fabulous meal. The pre-set and a la cart menu is superior to many others. I attend the Grill at least three times a year, wish it could be more often."

"Family visiting from out-of-town and couldn't wait to visit Hollywood. We visited the Grille on Wednesday, 4/24/13 and my family loved it so much, they wanted to enjoy dinner there again on Friday. Our second visit was so much better than the first. Although the restaurant was closing,the maître d seated us just the same. Our waiter was phenomenal and wanted us to know we need not rush through our meal and even after the meal was completed and the restaurant empty, he approached us and told us to take our time. It was a wonderful evening, made even better by the fact that we were treated very, very well and that we will always appreciate."

"Located at Hollywood & Highland center,so somewhat difficult to find since the signage in the center is not good. The complex is across the street from El Capitan, has access to parking facility. Food was excellent and service too. Too cold to sit outside, but the area looked nice, might be noisy due to Hollywood Blvd, outside area with lots of people walking around. This restaurant is upscale compared to many of places in the area, I would recommend the Grill to anyone who is looking for nice, well-appointed restaurant, away from the hectic activity in Hollywood."

"I've never written a review before the food here was so poor I just had to respond. The food quality was quite sub par at this restaurant. The beer selection was lousy, the Caesar salad was so wilted and overdressed that I only took a few bites. I had the pork chop because they didn't have a rib eye ( what supposed steak house doesn't have rib eye?) I should have known then. The pork chop was dry, fatty, thin and overly uneatable. The baked potato was huge and flavorless and undercooked.

Avoid at all costs. Although not wildly expensive inwouldnhave gladly paid more for a substantially better meal."

"I went to lunch with a girlfriend and we had an enjoyable time. We sat outside in the patio and we did not have an umbrella at first so we moved to a few other tables until we found the right spot. The servers were very accomadating and our Server, Taylor was very experienced. He even offered to take a few pictures of us. We will definitely return and I will definitely use Open Table."

"Had a great time at The Grill for dinner on Valentine's Day. Service was great and the food was better. Low lighting gives and intimate setting for any couple wanting a nice dinner, but located in Hollywood to keep things lively. While known for their steaks, they have excellent seafood as well."
