Wind & Sea Restaurant
The Wind & Sea Restaurant is located on the water in the Dana Point Harbor. With water on three sides, every table has a spectacular view.
We serve fresh fish selections daily as well as Alaskan King Crab Legs, lobster tail, shrimp, steaks, pasta, and vegetarian dishes along with an extensive wine list which has been awarded a Wine Spectator Award annually for the last six years.
Monday through Friday we have Hawaiian Happy Hour from 4:00 to 7:00 featuring our world famous Mai Tai's as well as draft beer, wine and food specials. Live entertainment on Tuesday thru Sunday, as well as plasma and big screen TV's, keep the lounge exciting at all times.
The waterfront open-air patio serves the full menu and is heated at night, perfect for an order of nachos and a margarita or a full dinner under the stars. Private banquet facilities accommodate 20 to 100.

"We had a party of eight woman that have not seen each other in months. The service was great and the champaign was flowing. We laughed and each told stories of there quest taken and also made future plans to get together, This is out main place to meet and catch up on our adventures. Thank you for the great accomendations we all had a great time"

"I love the Calamari at the Wind and Sea Restaurant. It is not the normal deep fried rings, but rather steaks of Calamari. It is the best I've ever had. My wife and I drive about 45 miles to eat here, primarily for the Calamari. Also the view of the harbor is the best. We have made this "our spot" to go when we are celebrating something. Also, the service is the best. They are very attentive and friendly to all their customers. You should all go give this place a try. It's the best."

"We went to Wind and Sea for what was supposed to be a Mother's Day Brunch--which turned out to be a horrible decision. We could not eat for a half of an hour because my husband could not find a place to park the car. The brunch was only breakfast--no pastries and only fair choices and tastes. Very disappointed."

"This is a great place to go and eat a sandwich or burger on the water right in the harbour. But don't go expecting a gourmet meal. Calamari is pretty good other than that get a sandwich and a drink and enjoy the view."

"Went on the Saturday before Mother's Day which may have contributed to the crowd and noise. No wait to get in and every table has a view of the harbor which, honestly, is the best thing about the restaurant. It feels like a huge dining room in a large hotel. The food was only mediocre and the service was friendly, although got slow towards the end of the meal. I think it would be a great breakfast/brunch spot when the weather is warm (not always the case in Dana Point), cuz bacon and eggs are pretty much the same everywhere and the outdoor patio looks like a really nice to sit."

"The waiter spilled the Champagene on me and never reported it to the manager and I was not compensated at all. I called the resturant when I returned home and told the manager on duty what had happen. Her reply was that because I had left the establishment without reporting the incident they were not able to adjust the bill, all she could do is compensate me for the cleaning bill. She put me on hold to ask the waiter if the incident had occured and he said yes, but that he had not reported it becaus I had said it was OK! She tookl my number and said that the general manger would call me on Monday April 1, 2013. I have yet to hear anything.

"I don't want to seem too negative here but I was a little disappointed in the experience. FYI, when we go to North Woods Inn in La Mirada and split a dinner, you get a decent size portion with a FULL bake potato, not half, along with the unlimited salad and garlic bread. Granted it costs about $6 to split as opposed to $3 here but you know what I mean. Place was busy, Saturday night and all, but it took longer than I thought for the food, ice water and extra bread. Waiter and hostess were very nice and pleasant. My mom, sister, and niece enjoyed it all very much. It was my mom's birthday and the waiter came right away with mudpie with candle for her. So thanks for the good time, may go again but not sure."

"I loved the easy online reservations and e-mail reminder. It made planning and going there fun! The valet parking was amazing as it was so busy I was worried there would be problems and we were able to walk in and our table was ready on time! Our servers were friendly and attentive. It was a great time and I will deffinatly be coming back for the food next time."
