"I took my wife here for her birthday. The food was amazing. Wait staff was very knowledgeable. Our wait time was average for a fine dining restaurant. I had the Filet, cooked perfectly and full of flavor. She had the salmon and loved it. I would definitely recommend."

Review 5 for Adam's American Mediterranean Restaurant and Piano Bar
"Great place. They had issues with their wine list. Advertised a brand as a "Reserve" for $129/bottle and what came to our table was not reserve and when I checked it out on my iphone, the retail price was around $20/bottle. Watch out for this. They really need to review what they are getting in from their wine supplier and fix their menu. This was really a great place though and I would go back. And with "fine" dining, you'd really like to see the proper wine glass for the wine you select. OK, maybe I am a wine snob. LOL"

Review 6 for Adam's American Mediterranean Restaurant and Piano Bar
"Incredible food experience. Our second time there in 30 days. Took friends and out of town guests both times. That's 8 meals, and 100 % A+ delivery. I bad the opportunity to speak with the chef. He is passionate about purchasing and delivering quality. Great blend of seafood, beef, lamb, and interesting specials. Just discovered Adams this month.....We'll be back. Save room for dessert."

"The food was only fair in flavor and quite overpriced for the quality. Wait staff was friendly, but got multiple parts of the order wrong. We won't be back."

"What a great restaurant!! Great food -- amazing service -- We celebrated my parent's 50th wedding anniversary and EVERYONE was so kind; our server, manager, chef, piano player, and owner!!! There was food for all tastes, my teenage boys couldn't stop talking about the steak! We will definitely be back!"

Review 15 for Adam's American Mediterranean Restaurant and Piano Bar
"The food was very good, from the soups to the entrees. I had the scallops, and although it was a small serving, the taste was rich and filling. The filet was exceptional! The bread they served was marginal, but it was served with some interesting whipped butters. Overall the food and ambiance made the evening. The service was a bit slow, and it seemed as if our waiter was a bit overwhelmed and the table of all ladies (that would have been my table) was the the table that received the least amount of attentiveness."

"This restaurant is fantastic. Food is delicious, service is friendly and exceptional and the atmosphere with the piano bar rounds out the experience. We had a group of six in our party and not one person had a single negative comment. Adam's is a must!"

Review 18 for Adam's American Mediterranean Restaurant and Piano Bar
"We all enjoyed our food immensely. Three of us had Steak and one had Sea Bass. All of it was prepared perfectly to our desires and the presentation was excellent. The wine list is diverse and has many interesting choices across a wide price range. We enjoyed a bottle of Old Vine Zinfandel. The service was friendly and efficient. The only negative was the loud piano entertainment. Not only was did it get increasingly louder with each song the sound equipment that was being used is cheap non-professional grade that sounded terrible."

Review 19 for Adam's American Mediterranean Restaurant and Piano Bar
"Really disappointing. Difficult parking. Staff sparse and rude. Downstairs bar a nightmare. Had upstairs reservation and had to eat in Speak Easy downstsairs with loud music. Would have been great music if we were there for that, but difficult for dinner. Food good but not great. Took two hours and very expensive.
People in speakeasy had to go to bar to ask for drinks. Bar was out of barware constantly. Unfortunately we were seated next to the bar. We had to request the wine menu three times.
Our waitress was very sweet and running every minute, but way too stretched. She was the highlight of our meal.
Our dinner was a nightmare. Ruined our night out. Too bad! Would not recommend."

Review 22 for Adam's American Mediterranean Restaurant and Piano Bar
"We don't know if it was because we went through open table to make our reservation or not, but what we thought what would be a nice birthday dinner for the two of us was anything but. We were put down in the basement tappas bar area with laminated tables with no tablecloths and no ambiance whatsoever. We were given one knife and one fork wrapped in a napkin. When we finished our appetizer we were asked by our waiter to hold onto our forks. We had to use them for our salads and our entrees. There was no fresh pepper that came around -- there was no salt or pepper anywhere. The service was horrendous. Asked for a glass of wine -- mine took 10 minutes to get and my husband never did get his. Our waiter told us it was really busy. BAD!"

Review 23 for Adam's American Mediterranean Restaurant and Piano Bar
"At first we were dismayed at the slow service. However, the ambiance was warm, attractive, and energetic. The piano player on the grand piano was absolutely fabulous. Finally, we slowly received drinks, bread, and then appetizers. We shared an entree of and dessert. We arrived hungry, but once we started eating a bit, we realized this would be an entire evening of relishing the food and being supurbly entertained by the piano man with favorites by Billy Joel, Aerosmith, Elton John, and others in fantastic renditions. There is a speak easy in the basement with additional entertainment by a duo. We will certainly consider this a favorite place. It was the best date my husband and I have had in years, and it was my treat to his delight."

Review 24 for Adam's American Mediterranean Restaurant and Piano Bar
"Forced a one menu selection on everyone on Valentines Day. Paid a lot and did not get to choose what I wanted to eat. It was obvious they opened up a room generally reserved for entertainment, placed a lot of tables for two, side by side, just so they could take all the extras that show up on Valentines Day. Staff was very sweet, but inexperienced and unprepared. We were told Adams was a great place, and maybe it is normally. But in effort to "cash" in on a Valentines Day crowd, they sold out on any quality they may provide the rest of the year. Very Disappointed."

Review 27 for Adam's American Mediterranean Restaurant and Piano Bar
"Went for Valantines Day dinner. Food was very good but was served cold. Service seemed disorganized, and the server missed one of our courses. We sat in the lower level which in itself was nice but they sat us so close to the bar that the standing bar crowd was intruding in our table We had to move our table. We enjoyed the music and dancing. If we go back it would have to be a less busy night to give it a second try."

Review 28 for Adam's American Mediterranean Restaurant and Piano Bar
"Made a reservation on Open Table for Valentines Day. We were seated in the basement - terrible atmosphere - Basement is not fit for a dining experience. When presented with the Holiday Menu, we realized that there were only 3 choices for Dinner in a Price Fix Menu at $69.00 per person. The salad was on a skewer and could not believe that Chicken Dinner could cost $69.00. When hearing the couples around us complaining, we decided to leave. We had a great experience before at this restaurant, however this stunt for profit will prevent us from returning for a long time."

Review 29 for Adam's American Mediterranean Restaurant and Piano Bar
"We went to Adams for Valentines Day. We've been there 5-6 times before and always had great food. Beautiful interior design and great quality chef food. Great seafood dishes, steaks and appetizers. For valentines I had a boulabaise soup which was very good with seafood, and grouper which was perfectly done. They had the piano playing in the front which was a nice. We usually go early, this place gets busy by 8 or 9 PM. Its directly across the railroad tracks in downtown Buford which is really nice. This is a 4-5 star restaurant and they price accordingly."

Review 31 for Adam's American Mediterranean Restaurant and Piano Bar
"We returned to Adams after an excellent first experience. Unfortunately for valentines day, the place was not the same. The sat us in the cold damp basement because they seemed overbooked for their normal upstairs capacity. We really liked the upstairs dining atmosphere on the first visit. The second we liked most about the Adams is the excellent menu selection. However this too was spoiled on this visit as they only offered a specialized valentines day menu. This was a 5 course meal for $75. A great deal if like the menu. However we were expecting to be able to order our normal favorites. Although we normally recommend Adams, we will not recommend for valentines day. We ended up walking out before we could place am order"

"My wife and dine regularly at Adams and are always greeted with warm smiles from not only the staff but from Adam himself. The chef even greets us at our table. The food is consistently marvelous! The original art on the walls are cutting edge! And, since it was the grand opening of Adam's Speakeasy we went downstairs to have a few drinks and listen to great live jazz music! We will surely return to this restaurant/speakeasy again because it has it all under one roof, great dining and entertainment for all the senses!"

Review 39 for Adam's American Mediterranean Restaurant and Piano Bar
"I ordered Chilean Sea Bass, always a favorite of mine. I was disappointed. Each bite was different, alternating good/bad. Fishy and very oily. Mentioned this to the waitress and nothing was done. Disappointing! I also did not like my saffron risotto but my husband was did and i cannot figure out why. Seemed like glue - thick and mushy. My cooked spinach was wonderful.
Husband had a wonderful steak, mashed potatoes and green beans. i should have ordered that!
We sat near the piano - nice ambiance. Folks singing at the piano enjoying themselves.
They have just opened (2 days ago) a bar and band scene in the basement. That was interesting. The band playing was great - cool atmosphere and would definitely recommend."

Review 40 for Adam's American Mediterranean Restaurant and Piano Bar
"Our reservation told it was our anniversary. Led to our table we found it covered with rose petals. Adam himself welcomed us graciously. Hicham, the head chef, visited our table and suggested several wonderful dishes. After one of the best onion soups we ever enjoyed, Hicham delivered Ahi Tuna for Dianne and Duck Breast for myself. Superb, excellent, use any superlative - the meal was sumptuous! This has been our favorite spot and will continue."
