Japanese Fusion Izakaya & Bar. Modern Izakaya style dining. Serving variety of small plate dishes from steaks, appetizers, salads, seafood and also traditional izakaya dishes. Refreshing house cocktails, great selection of beers, wine and sake. And if that's not enough, we also have full bar.
"Delicious menu with a variety of Japanese dishes--sushi as well as cooked dishes. Decor is not fancy, but stylish with a very comfortable vibe. All the staff were friendly. The bar is well stocked with some interesting Japanese whiskeys (I'll try those next time--I had a Sapphire gin/sake cocktail that was very nice as well as a $5 IPA that was delicious). And on top of all this, 2 hours free parking with validation! [in the building's lot--you pay $5, take a ticket, get the ticket validated by the restaurant, get your $5 back]. Of course, it's a short walk from the Gold Line station so if you're going to hit the cocktails heavy (and the ambiance inspires that!), let MTA do your driving for you."

"Less delectable than some similar types of spots -- but when the bill comes there is a pleasant surprise, earning them the extra star. Music and decor rather missing the mark. Beer, saki, and Japanese whiskey selection also helps earn that 4th star."

"Although the happy hour menu has been cut down to a minimal list, the regular menu items are still very comparable in price. Great variety of food. Their new hot pots are delicious."

"Nice sized room. Quiet and understated. Excellent and attentive service. Good menu with a nice variety of choices. Had the chicken kara-age with lunch combo -- spicy tuna roll, vegetable tempura, rice, salad, and soup. Generous portions and delicious. Would definitely return for lunch."

"Food was superb - it is all tapas style, so take a friend and share! Service wasn't so hot - though the waiter was highly knowledgeable (we had a decently long conversation about beers and he gave great recommendations), our food took forever to come out and it took a while for him to even come refill our water glasses. This may have been because we might have gotten stuck behind several large parties, however."

"Great place for happy hour! Love this neighborhood gem, situated in the middle of j-town in a building structure basement. Drinks were good, and the tapas type dining ideal for light eaters there more for the ambiance than for foodies. if you do order, I suggest ordering the chicken wings... All the other items were average."
