"Ever since i found this restaurant, i absolutely fell in love with it.i wish there were more vegan places around my neighborhood, im from Miami and I have to drive many miles just to go here, but it is totally worth it. Thank you for your amazing foood and the ambiance is also very pleasant."

"Let me preface my review by saying we were a group of 7-NONE of whom are vegetarian or vegan. 1 pescatarian and everyone else is a carnivore. EVERYONE, even our harshest critic (a meat eater and junk food connoisseur) was BEYOND impressed! Started @ the bar, sampled local beers, wine selection has something for everyone; cocktail of choice for the night the "Tanguito" was DELICIOUS! We ordered a few each of apps, entrees & desserts so we could try a little bit of everything. Here are the TOP choices:
App: Frito Misto (its a MUST) & the sliders
Entrees: Rissotto Cake (yum) & Picatta
Dessert: Apple Crumb Cake (we should've had 3!!) & Chocolate Nirvana (mmm)

"I have not had anything in this restaurant that was not exceptional. The service is also very good and the servers know the menu and can help with decisions Nancy Alexander always makes a point of stopping by each table to welcome and chat with diners. As I am starting to adopt a vegan diet this restaurant is very helpful demonstrating how good this food is!"

"My husband and I decided that we needed to have a few days of fun in the sun. He has to cut back on unhealthy foods (yes, he was a junk food vegetarian!!) and we have been trying out various vegan and vegetarian restaurants. I asked a friend for recommendations in the Fort Lauderdale area. Without hesitation, she recommended Sublime. I checked it out online and even tho the menu and setting looked inviting, the actual experience was so much more than we expected. Service, food, ambiance, food, service, ambiance (okay, got carried away!) were perfect! Try the cauliflower appetizer!!! It was more than enough and the leftovers made for a wonderful breakfast. The icing on the cake was meeting the owner, Nanci Alexander - what a gem!!"

"On this trip to Sublime, I celebrated my birthday and I think of a better place. Sublime is truly Sublime and this world renown vegan organic restaurant is perfection! The service is excellent, very attentive and helpful yet not smothering, intrusive or pushy. The food is gourmet and delicious. We are hooked on the raw mein and lasagna but everything on the menu is greatt. The soup of the day are always great. The salads are so fresh coming from Sublimee's own garden. The owner, Nanci Alexander is wonderful and personally visits every table. And when you dine at Sublime, in adition to the fabulous ambience, great service and food, 100% of the profits are generously contributed to animal organizations."

"I'm a vegetarian and I'm always excited to try new things! This place was all vegan and my carnivore husband even loved it. It was kid friendly and the macaroni and cheese was a hit! The staff was knowledgable on the menu and they made recommendations for my husband- he was a little hesitant. The miso frito appetizer was delicious, the mushroom ravioli was amazing, the Thai red chili tofu was so flavorful, and lastly the chocolate cake was like nothing I've ever tasted! I can't wait to go back!"

"My mother and brother are vegetarians so this was an exciting find for our family. "This is the one of most well-run restaurants that I have ever eaten in. Since this was a first vegan only dining experience for my husband and I, we did not know what to expect. We found the food delicious. The wait team is outstanding, the owner visits each table. The tables are placed a distance away from each other so that the dining experience is a private one. The coconut cake is outstanding. The wine was also wonderful. One feels good and light but still fullfilled after the meal."

"Outstanding dinning experience . EXCEPT ...We had a party of 8 and we were rushed from the moment we sat down by our waitress. I finally had to say something to her. I felt like she wanted our table for another party. She was so bad that she took two main dishes away from the table before we were finished eating.
After out short talk everything was fine. It was my daughter's birthday and I wanted the best vegan restaurant to take her to as she is vegan. Everyone had a great time and hope to come back again. The food was fantastic. The ambience is wonderful. I would have felt much more comfortable if the waitress did not make us feel so rushed. "My wife and I are vegetarian, and we travel the country. We work for a nationally touring band and have sampled vegetarian/vegan restaurants all over this great land of ours. Our dinner at Sublime was perhaps the best we have ever had, anywhere, hands down.
It is worth a trip to Fort Lauderdale to dine here. Everything was perfect -- the setting, the service, the presentation, and the food was absolutely wonderful. We are eager to get back to Sublime to try some of the items on the menu we didn't order this time."

"Sublime is truly Sublime - a world renown organic vegan restaurant. Sublime is always a perfect dining experience from the friendly and super helpful staff to wonderful owner Nanci Alexander, who will visit every table. The food is gourmet quality, totally delicious. We tried the raw mein which is fabulous.The soup of the day will vary - but always so tasty. The salads come from the restaurant's own garden. Actually, everything is great! The service is always impeccable, prompt, helpful and attentive. We are greeted as soon as we sit down. 100% of the profiits go to animal welfare. The atmosphere is great and I always feel so totally pampered at Sublime."

"Can't say enough about this...found it almost by accident and it was the highlight of my trip. True gourmet vegan with sophticated ambience. Classy staff and atmosphere but priced very reasonably. I dare anyone not to like the vegan coconut cake. Owner came out to greet us and other diners. I recommend the cookbook as well."

We paid for two nights at a hotel (before and after a cruise) to make sure we could dine at Sublime (the night before and the night after our cruise) because we had read reviews about Sublime and we are vegan. "My first time was with my vegetarian daughter visiting on Spring Break, and it was so good that I brought by way-too-healthy girlfriend.... and it's still wonderful. The lasagna would probably make anyone's "Top 10" list. This time I tried the Thai Red Curry - which may be just as good, and very filling, as the lasagna. Both dishes exude big flavors. Two visits and the only mediocre dish I've had was the artichoke appetizer, which was average at best (they can do much better with that app). My girlfriend who I have never seen touch a dessert loved the (my!) coconut cake. Sublime deserves it's popularity, and non-vegetarians should have zero reservations about going."

"My wife is vegetarian, and Sublime is one of her favorites. As a non-veggie, I'm also able to find some tasty choices. The vegetarian lasagna and the tomato with cashew cheese are really incredible. "We really enjoyed the food. Since it was a Tuesday night, it was pretty quiet. I don't know what it would be like on the weekends. I hope it is very crowded! The cauliflower appetizer was outstanding. My husband loved the red curry and I, the mushroom ravioli. Then we topped it off with their chocolate cake - so good it was almost evil! I would recommend this restaurant to non-vegans and non-vegetarians too."
