"The food was fantastic, that is the reason for my return. The waitress did the best she could with our large party. She was on top of refilling our drinks, as well as clearing the table. The only issue I had was she forgot (maybe wasn't told) about the birthday cake. Which quite honestly is fine, due to how they handled it. They cut the pieces and then served us, then offered to box the rest doe the guests to take home! Definitely a great place, will definitely return."

"Tasty food, generous portions, attentive service, and an extensive and unusual menu. All the expected dishes were there with many others that included an unexpected twist or addition. We couldn't try them all, so we were certainly be back in the future. Also loved the centurion in an apron outside the restaurant - a quirky but very fun addition!"

"We were looking for a place to have lunch after Lehigh Univ. graduation and decided to take a chance on Roma. Roma was a wonderful surprise after we got pass the Roman gladiator at the entrance. The food was awesome. Only the freshest ingredients were used. To start the server brought a small plate with a dollop of a mix of finely chopped fresh herbs then drizzled olive oil over it and served it with a basket of warm rosemary bread. Dinner was divine, the server was attentive, the courses were brought out at the perfect pace. Don't be taken back that this gem is in a shopping center, I wish we had found this restaurant when our graduate was a freshmen. Luckily we live within driving distance and will be back for more amazing meals!"

"WE have always enjoyed a fabulous meal at Roma. Can't say enough. Last time we took our daughter and the entire family there for her graduation dinner. Everyone raved about their food and the portions. Always enough to enjoy for another meal. A must !"

"I took my mother to this restaurant because it is known for it's italain food and it truly was. My mother is hard to impress when it comes to italian food but when she started eating her dish she loved it. I would recommend this place to anyone who truly loves italian food, enjoys a warm atmosphere, and good service."

"The food here is always delicious, but I did notice that some service is better than others. The first time we went the server was amazing, tely knew the menu very attentive and personable. The second time our server forgot to enter our appetizer so we never got it and she only stopped by the table once to refill drinks and ask how things were. The service wasn't horrible, she was pleasant enough, just a big difference between the two."

"Great Italian place !!!!!! We have been here several times. An have loved it every time. Fresh, exciting, tasty, place to take your special someone out for a nice romantic dinner. Small seating area, lots of booths. Not so much for big party's, but have seen some up to 8. Food is too fancy and well prepared to bring kids. Then again why would you want to bring the kids to a romantic dinner. Let them at home with the pizza and Mac-n-cheese they want."

"Consistently good food. Eggplant Romano, Eggplant Parm perfectly cooked, tender and not bitter. Red sauce has good flavor, not to sweet and not watery. The Lasagna was huge but very good. Good ratio of meat and cheese and again perfectly cooked. The chicken parm was a little crispier this time, a tad overcooked, but still better than other places we've been.
Shrimp limoncello never disappoints as a shareable appetizer. 5 shrimp topped with a little crabmeat in a velvety lemon, butter sauce that you just want to eat with a spoon.

"A small, but very nice Italian restaurant. I went to meet the parents of the the woman I am dating. The staff was very attentive and even when they didn't have clams on the menu they cooks made them for us after asking. Every one was pleased with their food and the portions. Reservations is a must because of the size of the place."

"Roma continues to impress. Food was fabulous for our second time dining here. Portions are plentiful without being overwhelming. Salads are fresh and the house balsamic is very good. Pasta that accompanies some of the traditional Italian entrees is very good. Usually the pasta is just there, but at Roma the sauce is very good and with fresh basil it really makes the side dish stand out. The vodka sauce had plenty of pancetta (i believe that is what it was) and was quite tasty. The marinara was robust and not at all watery. The limoncello cake was excellent, light and refreshing. Limoncello shrimp appetizer is a must try! The shrimp are cooked perfectly and the sauce is to die for.
Roma has become one of our favorites!"

"This is our 2nd visit to Roma and we just love it! Great food: I had the pesce seafood dinner which was loaded with shrimp, scallops and crab and appropriately seasoned. My wife had the scallops and risotto again because she simply loved it the first time! Why mess with a good thing! Lots of fresh herb bread and a very attentive waitress made for a wonderful evening!"

"Our server Genesis was very busy and although at times we had to wait she checked in with us to make sure we were ok. She kept refills coming and cleared the table to give us room, she offered us more bread and kept us engaged. The kitchen was a little slow the night we were there but it's well worth the wait. (Friday night during lent, very busy place) The food was outstanding, everything from the appetizers to our meals. Everything was great. My only suggestions would be larger booths and seating area but its not a large place so they do work well with what they have. As we left a manager thanked us for our visit, a nice touch, I like to be appreciated."

"We have been to Roma several times. This was by far our best food experience. Everything we had was superb. I had the veal florentine over pasta with garlic and oil and my husband had his traditional spaghetti with meatballs. Both meals were fabulous. We look forward to returning."
