Lefty's is Addison's only "East Coast" seafood restaurant and regular hangout for sports figures, celebrities and chefs. Lefty's serves the freshest fish, superb hand cut steaks, live lobsters, king crab legs, cold water oysters, clams, pasta and the chef's fabulous daily specials. "The seafood is fresh and often flown in that morning! Be sure to check out the nightly specials as they are often creating something new. On the regular menu, the Pistachio Crusted Trout and Grilled Salmon are a sure bet. And the Pan Fried Lobster and Shrimp with an orange and champagne butter sauce is amazing! And if you ever want the best Alaskan King Crab Legs, this is the place!"

"The seafood entrees are very fresh and well prepared. Wait staff are attentive, even when busy. The restaurant is comfortable and relaxing to be in. Not our first visit and surely not our last. Lefty's never disappoints and is our go to place when we want a special meal despite the fact it is a half hour drive from our home. Well done in all respects."

"First, we sat at the bar and waited forever for service since the girl was filling table orders. Maybe two bartenders at prime time Sat night is needed. As always, I loved my steak and creme brûlée. We came in with a party of 7.....our server, older gentleman, just couldn't keep up. My drink was wrong, bottle of wine was wrong, he was not so pleasant when one of us asked for something. Husband's sea bass was ok at best and was overly saturated in butter. We have been to Lefty's several times and this was by far the worst experience."

"They never miss on preparing a "cull" lobster. Best deal in town @ $21.95 any day of the week. Seasonal fish is most reasonable and well prepared. Last visit they offered a special of Grouper "En Papillote" and I requested the Sea Bass in lieu of Grouper. They complied and it was the best fish dish I've eaten this year (under $20!!). Always good food, sevice and ambience."

"Amazing! The crab and avocado appetizer was really good. The broiled lobster tail was HUGE and it was INCREDIBLE! Brent was our server, and he was FANTASTIC too. Overall, I LOVED the place. Next time I will ask for a booth when I make the reservation, but on Saturday night on a holiday weekend, I would expect the place to be packed, so no problem that we felt "a little cozy" at a small table between a narrow walkway and a party of 20."

"First time & we will be back! On a Saturday night was glad we had reservations, restaurant was crowded but our table for 6 was set ready right on time. Calamari was not on the menu but our waiter said he would check with the chef & they had it for us. Blue Point oysters on the half shell were fresh & good as were the 1# culls (1 claw lobsters). The waiter will crack your lobster for you if you want but they were easy to do ourselves too since the tails pre-split tails help. The desserts are very generous in size, chocolate cake (warm, served with a side of ice cream) and key lime pie were both delicious!"

"No surprises here. Lefty's is consistent in every way. Always trust a place where the staff remains year after year. The menu doesnt change either. Exceptional food and exceptional service. Really no comparison. Lefty's is in a class by itself. Although we only splurge a couple of times a year for lobster it's always at this little gem of a place. "The restaurant was pretty inside, but extremely loud. The tables were very close together. We were a big group of 8 and there was a couple on a date that was right on top of us. The service was extremely slow. We had to ask for bread and menus. My fish was dry and the brocolli was frozen. The waiter brought someone the wrong me so gave it to someone else at the table and never came back with the gentleman's meal. When the manager came by to ask how things were we told him about our issues and he brought out the other meal promptly. He took away my brocolli and brought me garlic potatoes and charged me extra. I heard the lobster is good, but my trout was very dry."
