"My husband and I celebrated our 4th anniversary here since this is where we went on the night he proposed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was wonderful! I would suggest this place to someone who likes to go to out-of-the-way restaurants that aren't a chain. Very personal and intimate."

"We went for Mother's Day brunch and were not disappointed. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. This is a gem of a restaurant. Don't be fooled that it is hidden in the corner of a strip center, this is an amazing upscale restaurant."

"Very comfortable ambience. The service and the rack of lamb were superb! And with the sound system's volume at a moderate level, we could carry on a conversation. Unfortunately and very disappointing, the selection of wines by the glass is very poor and parmesan cheese is no longer freshly grated but given to the diners in shaker jars."

"The restaurant was beautiful and the service was good, but the main course food was not good. The vegetables lacked flavor and were soggy with oil. The sirloin tips and pasta were overdone and it lacked flavor. The marsala sauce for the veal Marsala was good, but the veal was so thin that I barely got any meat.
Overall we woul not go back, we went for a birthday romantic dinner."

"Great food and nice ambiance. The live music was a great touch. The service was great however they had an issue in the kitchen that night which slowed the preparation of the food. We were there with friends and didn't mind the delay however. The food was worth the wait. The pumpkin ravioli was heaven!"

"I have dined at Mezzanotte several times - it is my favorite neighborhood restaurant. As always, the food was wonderful. They have a loyalty program and this time the special occasion was my birthday. Although our waiter (Jared) was excellent, I wish their would have been at least some choice of (free) dessert. Carrot cake was my only choice. Instead, I paid for the delicious cannolli! Thanks again for a great meal!"

"My wife and I have been coming to this place since the second day it was open, about six years, generally once a month or more, going early (6-6:30 to avoid the crowds). We like the atmosphere (quiet, just enough lighting not to be intrusive, cozy), the attentive but not annoying service, the personal attention by the owner, and the proximity (walking distance). We had the portobella perigourdine, and pumpkin ravioli appetizers, she had fettucine al frutti di mare, and I had the cannelloni rossini. All had great presentations, and all were prepared and cooked to perfection, with just the right levels of "fight" and crustiness (portobella), spices (curious mix in the pumpkin), and mix and depth of flavors (all)."

"We went based on reviews we had seen - but we were dissapointed in our meal. The lobster ravioli was undercooked and lacked flavor. The sole picatta was good but the pasta in red sauce I had with it was bland and tasted like it came out of a can. Not at all worth the amount of money we spent. The ambience was nice and there was live music that evening, but would not go back. First and last time at Mezzanotte. Sorry. :("
