"Talley's is a wonderful small restaurant that is great every time we go! Favorite menu items are always on point and specials are.... special. It's a perfect place for a weeknight dinner and ideal for something special too. The servers are friendly and they are a stable crew who treat customers personally. It's quiet and perfect for couples but comfortable for families with kids as well. Somehow, Talley's has managed to get it together to satisfy a wide swath of customers with varying tastes. Great place! Great job, Talley's!"

"Great meals for a good price! Tuesdays are $10 steaks and Wednesdays are 1/2 bottles of wine. The menu is diverse but has simple options like flatbreads or burgers. I love the short rob grilled cheese and the Asian tacos!

"Open table incorrectly listed last seating, however, Talley's Kitchen called me to discuss alternatives before it was too late.

"We've been to Talley's several times since it changed hands. It was a pretty good place under the previous management, and it's gotten better. It's still a great place for steaks (Allen Bros, yes!) or chops. Bring the kids early or come for date night later. It's not a big space, but it's got a comfortable and mellow vibe.
And my kids would insist that I mention there's cotton candy for dessert. Yeah, cotton candy."

"Excellent meal at Talley's. Everything we ordered was very flavorful. They changed up the menu a bit since the last time I was there, but they still had my favorites. The complimentary baked breadsticks alone are worth the trip there. My filet was on a bed of mashed potatoes that were so creamy and smooth they could have been a main dish! Wait staff is outstanding and attentive. Recommended a micro-brew to my husband and seemed very knowledgeable--the beer was perfect. I order a margarita every time I go here and the glass sizes are never consistent, but the flavor is. I highly recommend Talley's."

"We have been to Talley's twice in the last month and both times had great food and good service. The menu is diverse and the portions just right. My husband had the bone in ribeye and said it was better than the $50 steaks at the downtown steak joints. I had fish both times I was there and it was very good on both occasions. The bread pudding is rich but yummy. Definitely a neighborhood gem with an upscale and delicious menu."

"Our third trip to Talley's was quite a disappointment. My wife and I both opted for the panko-crusted fish and chips on a Friday night. The fish had no flavor at all and also was not skinned prior to frying. The restaurant was empty when we came in at 7:00 p.m. on a Friday night which was telling. I really hope they survive as it appears they try. Our previous 2 visits weren't bad - burgers were good and Asian tacos very nice. I will say we had the same server each time and he was excellent - very personable. I'd give it another shot but go with the burger or something that is not a special as the fish was."
