Welcome to Branzino. Branzino is a Seattle neighborhood restaurant with Italian influences. Fresh pasta and seafood are the focus. Pasta, pizza, cheeses, cured meats and all desserts are made by hand in house each day.

Branzino's principal owners are long- time Seattle restaurateurs Peter Lamb of Il Bistro and Queen City Grill and Michael Don Rico of El Gaucho. Chef Quinton Stewart, who was the Sous Chef for "Top Chef" Ashley Merriman and who studied with Chef Maria Hines of Tilth, combines his experience and his knowledge of Italian cuisine and French techniques to deliver delicious and memorable plates.
