"First time here for Mother's Day. If you are looking for a local place with great food and a friendly environment then you will enjoy. If you want a hip, trendy modern chain restaurant then this is not it. Restaurant is decorated in rustic theme consistent with a Colorado Mountain experience. We both order prime rib and loved every bite. The prime rib is smoked before it is cooked in au jus sauce which gives it a unique flavor. The rolls came out with a little cheese on them which added flavor. The side salad was basic but good. The french fries were in a style similar to Five Guys but they also offer baked potato. We are planning on taking others to introduce them to this neighborhood gem."

"We are partial to steaks and have found nothing in the area even close. The rib eyes are superb and the smoked prime rib is to die for. You have to try the stuffed mushroom caps as appetizers. They are wonderful. Steaks are cooked to order and the service is terrific!"

"The exterior of the building leaves a little to be desired. The interior décor is rustic. However, the staff are very friendly, and the service is prompt and polite. As far as the food, the Front Range Onion Soup was fantastic. I also had the Smoked Prime Rib which was tender and flavorful. The loaded baked potato was also very good. For dessert, the key lime pie was also very good. If you are staying in the area, this restaurant is a nice change of pace from the theme restaurants in the area, and offers good food at a reasonable price."

"We have been eatiing at Colorado's for 10 years. We've never had a bad meal or bad experience either. Last week we met 8 others for dinner on a Friday night. The food, the service, were both outstanding as usual."

"Searched area for steakhouse for parents to feed their sons after a College Baseball Tournament nearby.Read the reviews and found them to be spot on. Great food, reasonably priced but outside looks sketchy. Inside the service was amazing, steaks cooked to perfection and the homemade bread pudding was to die for and I don't like bread pudding. This is the best kept secret in town! A real hit with our boys and everyone."

"Even when I made the reservation I had to wait for about 10 minutes for a table. I think if you made reservation and you are on time at the restaurant the table should be available for you. Besides, I went on a special occasion (Valentine's Day) and there no special menu, desserts or ambiance for that occasion."
