Sweetwater Grill
Sweetwater Grill is a casual family dining restaurant bringing a new vibe to the Valley on the beautiful Yampa River. Located downtown at 811 Yampa Street, our newly remodeled restaurant and lounge is the definition of modern casual elegance. Enjoy affordable New American cuisine created by our chefs incorporating seasonal and locally grown products. You can also join us for happy hour everyday from 4:00pm – 6:00pm and live acoustic music in the lounge. Enjoy our amazing new rooftop deck overlooking the river. We also feature a lower deck with a year-round fire pit and contemporary lounge, all offering a unique, fun atmosphere for dining and drinking. We’re open seven days per week at 5:00pm serving dinner year-round. "We went for the first time for dinner on a Friday Evening. Right when we came into the restaurant the noise level was very uncomfortable.
We were seated in the dining area and still the noise level was very high.
Our waiter was great, very attentive. Very nice views of the Yampa River and Howelsen Hill.
The food was OK, too expensive for the quality. Plates were too small, food was falling of the plate (portion size was OK but plate was too small).
All in all we might be back in the summer to sit outside on the deck but not in the winter."

"Location and view of the Yampa River with Howelson Hill in the background is fabulous. Sweetwater's menu is second to none, and if you are gluten-free, there is plenty to choose from. Don't pass on their green chile!!! Celebrated a birthday and was comped any dessert on the menu. We have dined there many times in the past and will continue to do so in the future. It's one of our favorite restaurants in Streamboat Springs."

"This place was well recommended by our concierge. The service and views were great. However, we did not enjoy the food if you are on a gluten free diet, there are a lot of options but otherwise found the food to be lacking in taste and very small portions."
