"Decor made a fun setting. Service was friendly and efficient. Table was a bit cramped, also seated in the narrow "hallway" where all passed, not so pleasant. Ground beef and lamb dish, juicy and flavorful. Raw ground lamb appetizer, tasty but very heavy on minced onions--taste lasted 24 hours. Dessert of cheese in shredded filo was surprisingly good--not extremely sweet as is often the case. Would go back."

"I've been here three times and although the food is consistently good, the service has gotten worse. It took over an hour to get our dinner and our waiter was so oblivious that he asked if we were ready for dessert! Our water glasses were empty for a majority of the time and the owner or manager who was going from table to table greeting everyone didn't even bother to notice that his patrons had nothing to drink!"

"The quality of food and service and here are OUTSTANDING; you must like Medi/ME food to enjoy, but if you do, you will love this place.
FOOD: The ingredients are fresh, the dishes are well-thought out and flavorful, and the presentation is awesome. Many restys in this genre just serve typical/generic/Americanized versions of dishes - this place packed inventiveness and flavor into the "usual" dishes; for just one example, the lentil soup was thick, well spiced, and served with a small lemon wedge that added a whole new level of flavor to the dish. I had a ton of veggies (side plate + w/ main) and all were crisp/fresh etc. The chicken, fish and lamb our 3some ordered were all money as well.

"I had the lamb chops. Very yummy. Succulent and chair broiled perfectly. My dinner companion was a little embarrassed when I picked up the chops with my hands, because they were that good. I did make lots of yummy grumbling noises, maybe that was the embarrassing part too. My dinner companion had the rib eye kabobs and they were also tender, tasty and very lean. Delicious! Will definitely go back."

"We came on a Thursday evening. Parking was not too difficult even though the restaurant is in the popular Mission corridor. We were seated in an intimate two person table, as we had requested. We ordered the mezes sampler and the lamb chops. The mezes platter was "eye candy." so beautifully presented. And each item, e.g. baba ghanouj, tabbouleh, phita cheese, felafel, hummus, was perfectly prepared. My husband and I shared the mezes platter and the portion was perfect for two. The lamp chops, which I asked to be prepared medium rare, was grilled to perfection. The vegetables and rice were complementary and visually attractive. We ordered both desserts (baklava and knafeh). Each was yummy."

"I reserved a table for 6, and they offered to seat us immediately at our table even though the entire party wasn't there yet. Very nice. Server was knowledgeable about the dishes, and all her recommendations were good. The lamb chops (4 pcs) and the chicken kabob were cooked perfectly. The kofta was great as well. The baba ghanoush, tabbouleh were awesome. The hummus was probably not the best I've had, but it's good nevertheless. The dishes come with fries and rice, and we should have opted for more fries because they were crispy. All in all, it was a great experience. People were friendly, food was great, service was impeccable! Best Mediterranean fare I've had. Will definitely be back!"

"The food was typical for an Arabian restaurant --- falafel, baba ganoush, tabouli, etc. --- BUT it was all of really high quality. The baba actually tasted like eggplant, the falafel was fresh and crisp, the stuffed grape leaves were succulent. The portions were generous and the service was fine.
