The Village Grill, nestled in the courtyard of the gorgeous Lafayette Village, boasts seven 60" HDTV's and one monstrous 120" model for game nights. But beyond the spectacular sports viewing, it offers top notch food and well crafted cocktails.
"We needed to host a meeting last minute, and they did a wonderful job taking care of us and making it easy. Our server was top notch and we will definitely think of them for future lunch meetings."

"We thought the food was overpriced and not very good. We ordered two orders of choc chip pancakes for $11 and they were small, very flat, and soggy. We had to order a $4 side of bacon so my son could fill-up. I ordered a wrap and it was very spicy, though I like spicy food. My husband ordered a chili burger that was of ample size but the chili had beans and was also really spicy. We spent $75 on a lunch that none of us enjoyed. We will not be returning."

"This is my third time eating at the Lafayette Village Grill and the first time ordering the chopped turkey cobb salad. It was a large serving, but just enough to fill me up. The dressing comes on the side. However you get more lettuce than anything. There was about 1/2 c. of turkey, 1/4 c. of blue cheese crumbles and the same amount of bacon pieces....and 1/2 avocado. The salad was very good, but it just didn't have enough meat, cheese, bacon or avocado. There was no bread to go with it and I paid $12. If you are really hungry like I was choose something more filling."

"We went to watch the unc v duke game. The service was horrible. Our waiter was parked up at the end of the bar watch ing the game. Needless to say, we only watched the first half there since we had no one to take our drink orders. Food was good however."

"The person at the door seating tables was not attentive to our reservation request...we requested a booth and were seated at a table by the door that was being opened and closed on a chilly night. I asked the dining room manager if we could move and she took care of it immediatly and moved us to a booth. Overall, food was good, service on time and what started out to be a not so good night turned much better than expected OK."
