"Premièrement, nous devrions avoir la possibilité de vous lire en français ... Tout au long du service de notre menu dégustation, le maître d'hôtel a manqué de professionnalisme. Nous lui en avons fait part, mais le mal était fait. N'eut été de lui, le souper aurait pris une autre tournure. Le personnel attitré à notre table (2 dames) ont quand même bien fait leur travail. En second lieu, trop de services.. Nous aurions préféré un peu moins et une meilleure qualité. Nous aurions fait sauter le petit morceau de fromage tout miteux sur chou un peu trop mou, le plat principal n'a pas été respecté et le dessert ne sera pas en nomination aux oscars... Dommage, car j'avais l'intention d'aller fureter Les Cavistes, sur Fleury O."
