"I was looking for a place to dine at with an old friend of mine from high school. I was looking for a good restaurant with delicious food, a friendly and attentive staff, and a comfortable atmosphere. I looked online and found wonderful reviews for this restaurant. I was happy to experience all of those things. It was a nice dining experience, with all of the elements of a good, quality restaurant present. When the food took a bit to cook, the chef even gave complementary food (which was unexpected and nice). My old friend and I were able to catch up at a place with good food, service and a comfortable atmosphere. It was truly a wonderful find. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience."

"Food was old world homestyle Italian and delicious. However, the decor leaves much to be desired. Really took away from it being an enjoyable experience. Time for the 80's border wallpaper to go!"

"Bacchanalia has been a long time favorite with my family and friends. We love the intimate feel and the friendly service. The food is always delicious and served nice and hot. Bar service is reliable and we always feel welcome. This is why we've been coming to Bacchanalia for 20+ years."

"We ordered a ton of food because everything looked so good and we had a ton of leftovers. Me and my girlfriend both shared my meal between the 2 of us the following day. Highly recommend this restaurant."

"It was a very intimate setting and the food was delicious. There was complimentary pasta with a cheesy tomato sauce that was to die for served with bow tie pasta. I had the salmon with Dill Sauce and mushroom risotto and my husband had the lasagna. Both were delicious and there was plenty left over for another serving (work lunch!). It was nice and romantic. The only thing is they only take cash. It wasn't noted and we found out when we got there so stop by your bank first if you don't want to pay atm fees."

"Wasn't sure what to expect as this was our first visit. VERY vibrant and bustling (ok, loud), but in a good way. This is not a quiet restaurant, but that is the charm. Tables are literally on top of each other, but service very friendly. It was like eating in someone's house (because it was at one point). Chicken parm covered the plate and was wonderful. House chianti was great at a good price. Homemade lobster ravioli was delicious. No room for dessert this trip. We were there on a Saturday night at 7:30 with a reservation. It was a FULL house."
