"We are from East Longmeadow and drove an hour to get to Arturo's, but if was worth the drive! We saw the restaurant on Phantom Gourmet and the food looked so good. The homemade meatballs and sauce were like eating at moms. We also had the chicken Marsala and veal parmasan which were delicious!"

"Going out on ;Mother's Day can be a frantic experience.
This mother's day went so smoothly, it was unreal!!

We had our reservation, so when we arrived and stated so, we were taken directly to our table.
The Halibut special, which we both ordered, was cooked to perfection.
We enjoyed the meal, our apps. and wine. We had a great time catching up without the grandkids, although we missed them dearly!!
When the desserts were so beautifully presented, we decided to pass. We promised ourselves that we would return to Arturo's another time for dessert only."

"We had a party of 10, 4 of which were kids 8 thru 14. All plates were cleaned. I really enjoyed the homemade paste dish I had with fresh and generous portions of shrimp, scallops and lobster bits. Our waitress was very knowledgeable of the wine list and was able to find something I would like. Desserts were very good, but they did not have ice cream, just gelato. We look forward to going back and trying some other dishes."

"The restaurant has a very nice ambience. The waiter was fairly attentive, and pleasant. Unfortunately, one of us ordered a seafood dish that did not live up to the description on the menu. The owner came over to ask how everything was, and he was very nice, and offered to replace the meal. The waiter forgot to tell us that they ran out of scallops, and the amount of lobster & crabmeat was non-existent. We thought we got the wrong meal! Since the staff was so nice, and the other meals delicious, we would go back again."

"Our small group chose Arturo's for a special celebratory dinner, and we were delighted with every aspect of the meal. Each of us chose a different entree, two of which were specials. The entrees were expertly prepared and served with great culinary crafting. The service was superb--Our waiter was friendly and highly responsive without being obsequious. He was very helpful in my son's selection of a gluten-free beer and entree. The asparagus-and-leek bisque was divine, as were the crab cake appetizers. We have had the latter a number of times in the past, and they never disappoint. Arturo is our go-to place when we want a predictably excellent meal, and we're willing to drive a distance to do so!!"

"We can always count on Arturo's for a great meal and dining experience. The service is excellent. Everyone working there is attentive and willing to make your dining experience pleasurable. The food is very good. We had the swordfish special and the bolognese. My sword was done perfectly and my husband really enjoyed the bolognese. I miss the Gnocchi that used to be on the menu. That would be my only complaint. Meals are well prepared and presented. They always try to change things up by having some interesting specials to choose from."

"I usually go to Arturo's for lunch as their luncheon specials are fantastic, dinner was the same. There were 5 clean plates in my party; everyone enjoyed their meals. The appetizers were excellent, the meals came out piping hot and were great, and there was a good selection of yummy desserts. No one in my party had the same thing and everyone was very satisfied."

"We were pleasantly surprised with our visit to Arturo's. Our server, Ingrid was outstanding - she was knowledgeable about the menu and attentive- we were never left waiting. The trio salad appetizer was delicious - beets with mandarin oranges, a white bean salad and a corn/red pepper/zucchini salad. The seafood in the fruitti de mare and the pasta napoli were large and succulent - very well cooked. I am guessing that the pappardelle was home made - it was cooked perfectly. The wine list is a tad on the pricey side - only one selection in each wine category was under $30/bottle. Decorations are a bit sparse but the funky light fixtures and excellent food more than make up for that! We will be back to see if it will be consistent."

"We finally were able to take our son and daughter-in-law to Arturo's. They live in Boston and are used to all the great Boston restaurants. They loved it....and now understand what we've been raving about. We usually don't get dessert because we are too full but they talked us into it. Their way of dining is to bring some of the meal home to "save room for dessert". We shared the most delicious peanut butter creation..... It was a fun way to end the meal!"

"The place was pretty empty on a Wednesday night at 8 o'clock. We were seated right away. There were crumbs on one seat in the booth and the host offered to seat us elsewhere. The waitress was attentive and drink orders and food came quickly. We held off ordering until after we'd gotten our salad to make sure things didn't pile up. We had pasta comfort food - eggplant parm and spaghetti and seafood in a cream sauce over broad noodles - and both were very creditable. The place was quiet enough to talk comfortably but not so quiet that we felt on public display."

"Don't be deterred by this restaurant's location in a strip mall -- the food is fabulous and the waitstaff is attentive and friendly. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a romantic meal or a quiet night out, but if you like and want great Italian food -- don't miss Arturo's. Our group of four shared the fried calamari appetizer which was fine but not outstanding. For dinner though each person had a different dish and absolutely raved about their meal. On our plates were: Frutti di Mare, Veal Piccata, Summer Risotto, and Pasta Avellino. Portions were good sized without being too much. We also appreciated the fact the waiter asked up front about food allergies -- something every restaurant should do but most don't. Mangia!"

"very nice dining experience...very good food (my pasta sauce seemed a little too sweet for my taste but good flavor overall), kid friendly but with sophisticated atmosphere. "fresh, quality food at reasonable prices. Sauces complement the flavor of the food without drowning it, and unlike many restaurants, they don't use a lot of salt to boost the flavor of the food. Even the cannoli tasted like the ricotta had just been put into the shell, instead of sitting in it for days. Portions are generous but not overwhelming.Prices are a little higher than average, but you get what you pay for. My only suggestion would be to add some beef to the menu - but there are plenty of other choices."

"Everything was great as always. Tim is an absolute gentleman and extremely thorough. My ONLY issue is that the host staff needs to be able to manage opentable better and take server requests as a priority.. This is the 3rd time we have made a request for Tim and the 3rd time for whatever the reason that they were about to seat us with someone else. Aside from that, absolute perfection. Veal marsala was delicate and delicious... Thanks"

"The four of us had a wonderful time and a more wonderful meal! We started with Antipasto for Two, Baked Italian Meatballs, and Grilled Rare Tuna - ALL delicious! Our main courses - Pasta Avellino, Pappardelle Bolognese, and a Mussel special were superb! This was only my second time there, but it's on my list of favorites! Everything is fresh and served by a great staff. Did I mention that the cocktails were wonderful? No? They were!"

"My wife is from Argentina (Latin country, but 80% are full Blood Italian), and Until we found Arturo's we could not go to any Italian places because of how un-authetic the food was. In my Wife's words, "Arturo's is like being Home!"...
