"My husband and I went to Da Vinci's when visiting Marco Island for our 20th anniversary and it didn't dissapoint! I believe our server's name was AJ and he was on his game! He was very knowledgeable, friend and attentive. We couldn't have asked for better. The food was fabulious! We walked out completey stuffed with a dessert to go. So glad we went here for our anniversary."

"We were warmly welcomed and the food was excellent. Wonderful pasta. I requested salad dressing on the side, having read a previous review about salads being overdressed. My companions salads appeared to have been prepared quite nicely with the dressing applied in the kitchen. Da Vinci seems eager to please, and we had a great dinner with them!"

"We were in town visiting and the menu looked good and the reviews were good so we gave it a try.
The food was EXCELLENT!
We had lasagna and a pasta with seafood that we both loved. We learned why they had a full sushi menu which was interesting for an Italian restaurant. Although we did not have sushi, it looked like the sushi table was quite busy
I would definitely recommend this restaurant and we will definitely go back if we are back in Marco Island!"

"We had reservations for 4:30. We, along with 2 other couples (not with us) arrived around 4:27pm. Doors were open and staff was standing around waiting. The hostess would NOT seat us until exactly 4:30. She kept saying, "sorry, we don't open for another 2 minutes." We all found this rather ridiculous. We started with crab cakes. They were divine. My wife had a bloody mary and I had a glass of chardonnay. The wine was warm (yuck). The food was ok...simply ok. My $35 Lobster Ravioli bought me 5 very small ravioli with a tiny pinch of filling. That's it. The noodles were also under cooked. Luckily my wife had shrimp pasta which came with a very small amount of shrimp and a ton of pasta. It was a rip off. We won't be back."

"My husband and I both had two different veal dishes and they were truly Amazing! I had the veal porcini and the veal was so tender it melted in your mouth. It was served with a delicious spaghetti squash and a mashed potato with nutmeg. The combination of flavors was truly magical! I would highly recommend Da Vinci!"

"We were seated 30 minutes past our reservation time which was a problem since we had tickets for a show and are whole time was spent worrying if we had enough time to eat and leave. The manager did offer us complimentary cocktails and we took them but once we were seated our server was not at the top of her game. The food was good but the whole experience left us feeling rushed.
I will return because I think this may have been a one off."

"We'Ve been here at least 20 times over the last 5 years. NEVER a good meal,, but a GREAT meal every time. Coming from NYC, excellent taste and quality is a standard we rarely find on vacation. Not so at DaVinci's. The food here is so well seasoned that you never need the salt n pepper shakers. It is perfect. We love it! And, they are fine with our three kids. The food is so good they never want the basics from the kids menu...BORING! Plus, with outside dining available, you can pull your stroller up to the table or even walk yout terrible toddler around the paved and safe complex while you wait for your food to arrive. Heat lamps... Indoor/outdoor bar. You really can't go wrong here! Absolutely the BEST restaurant n Marco Island!!!!!"

"The food was generally good. As other reviewers have said, the house salad is simply some greens, a couple of very small cherry tomatoes, and a clump of salad dressing -- not well presented. My entre of scallopini divinci was tasty, but the side veggies were sparse and the potatoes were barely warm and tasteless. The restaurant is very noisy. We were at a two top against a wall, and I was facing the wall. It would have been much better if there were a mirror on the wall."

"This is a reasonably priced (Marco Island) restaurant. That being said it can be very expensive depending on what you eat. I had the crab cake appetizer and a salad and my companion had the lamb shank. The salads were drowning in dressing and we were told "oh that happens" Sending most of the salad back our main course came and we were happy. Tasty crab cakes and delicious was the lamb. Pasta side was cold. Big plates make everything look large, great presentation. Busy and noisy, great for families."

"We come to Marco several times a year and DaVinci is always a must stop for us! The food is always delicious, my favorite being the burrata! It is absolutely heavenly and I refuse to share it with anyone anymore. The meals are also very good, always good portions and very tasty. "I have been visiting the Marco area fro a few years now and even if it is only for a few days we always make our way to DaVinci!! Coming from New York it is usually hard to find excellent Italian food in Florida but hands down this place delivers. Probably the most delicious Eggplant Rollatini I have ever had in my life. "As always, the hospitality, service, and food quality were excellent. Despite the fact that this is a large restaurant with constant turnover, it is amazing that every dish is served perfectly. Pasta is never mushy - nor undercooked - always perfectly done. Those in our party who had the linguini in white clam sauce were very, very happy.
The sushi, my choice for the evening, was elegant (I know - "What is sushi doing on the menu of an Italian Ristorante?") Who cares! It was excellent. Just don't go on Tuesday if sushi is your desire.
My only regret is that our snowbird season is coming to an end and this would probably be our last time this year at one of our favorite restaurants."

"There were nine of us having dinner to celebrate my sister's birthday. We all had a fantastic time! The food, ffrom apps to dessert, including a sushi course was delicious and waitstaff was very helpful and attentive. I highly recommend - request Gustavo as your server."

"I made my reservation through my smartphone and everything went smoothly. Our table was ready specifically for the time of the reservation. The staff was attentive and courteous. The food was reasonably priced and by the warmth of the food it was served immediately upon preparation. The wine by the glass was a tab bit expensive compared to other restaurants I've been to. We also indulged in dessert which was fantastic. I would certainly recommend to friends visiting Marco Island."

"We returned reluctantly to Da Vinci after a bad dinner months ago and we were correct in going back! The food and service were both excellent and the crowd in peal season was like going to a great tailgate party at a Giants game. lots of energy and it was nice being with a LARGE group of fol;ks having a great time on a Saturday night. Not the best of the best but pretty solid. We had a bad experience there 6 months ago and we said we should go back to see if they improved and they did improve in many a way! Go there!!!!!"

"The bruschetta was better than we had in Italy; the salad's balsamic dressing was magnificent; and the entrees were exceedingly delectable. We had five in our group, including a young man from Denmark, and everyone was delighted with his/her food. We are all "foodies," too; so having a scrumptious meal is paramount to our experience. They do a great job of accommodating groups. We had reservations for 6pm on a Friday. However, I would recommend reservations anytime, judging by the line of waiting customers. The only downside is the noise level. It's a big place, packed with loads of people, so conversation on a private level is out of the question except with the person sitting next to you. We would definitely go back to DaVinci's."

"Though we had a reservation there were many people who were given tables without reservations before us when we were already waiting for 45 minutes! At one point our table promised was taken. We finally were seated at a counter table next to the kitchen. It was very noisy and uncomfortable. The food was okay and our server was the only positive note. Will never go back again!"

"We ate there several times and everything was tasty, fresh and well prepared- red snapper, pasta, clams, pizza, tender braised lamb. Homemade, warm bread! Would like that with olive oil and herbs instead of butter. Attentive service. Different wines by glass. Heater for outside seating. Busy place and loud inside! Not the place for a romantic dinner."

"Great Italian served either patio side or 2 dining rooms. 2 inside dining rooms are very different, the main one at the entrance is large and fairly noisy, then a second smaller dining room is more quiet and intimate. Lots of staff and fairly good service. The best Italian on Marco Island!"
