"From the sassy hostess, to the obnoxious server, to the rude & uncaring "manager", to the 15 minutes we waited to be greeted & given water, to the 40 minutes we waited for our food, to the blasting club music you couldn't talk over- I'd say it's a HUGE blessing to the general public that this place shut down. I would recommend avoiding the other location in Plano since this is a "business" that CLEARLY does not have a grasp on hospitality, quality, or guest experience. They RUINED my Mother's Day with my daughter by laughing at me when I inquired as to the status of our food, making snide remarks toward me in front of my child & other patrons, and forcing me to walk out & have to go find another place to eat who would treat us with respect."

"Pleasantly surprised after all the reviews on OpenTable and Yelp. The sushi we got was great. The stuffed jalapenos were also good. Fried calamari was not worth getting, though. Waitstaff was attentive and had no problems with waiting."

"This was a miserable dining experience. We were seated in an exterior/overflow seating area. The acoustics were so terrible that our party of 5 could not converse.
The waiter asked my brother who ordered the wine if he wanted to taste it before committing to the bottle. We were in shock at his inexperience or bold assumption that we didn't care or know better.
We have dined at the Naan at Shops at Legacy which we very much enjoyed. This location, however, must be struggling to stay in business. They are serving cheeseburgers and cheese fries and burritos at brunch and happy hour!
More than a bad meal, it was a wasted opportunity for an enjoyable evening out with family and friends."

"I think they are more interested in their bar sales then their sushi sales. All of their signature rolls are college themed, which is appropriate, because the ambiance was about the same as a college bar, and mediocre sushi tasted as if it came from a college cafeteria."

"First time attending this restaurant and found their specialty sushi to be quite elaborate and tasty. They also have a really good happy hour menu. Definitively worth a visit."

"The service has improved tremendously over the past several months. The food is still very tasty and now the service is up to par. A very enjoyable meal, my favorite sushi in town"

"My fiancé and I want to NAAN sushi on our Valentines date. We had a reservation at 7pm but wanted to arrive a little early due to the prime time rush of couples. Valet was free and prompt! When we walked into NAAN (6:45pm) the hostess was friendly with an inviting smile! We were sat immediately! Our server was very knowledgable of the menu and attentive to our needs. The food was wonderful! There are only 2 things that could have been better...1: NAAN presents itself as more than just a casual restaurant but the owner/manager walks around talking to customers a bit too unprofessional for my taste. He took away from my romantic dinner with my fiancé by talking and laughing very loudly with a group sitting behind us; 2: ambiance was too dark!"
