"From the time that we arrived at the restaraunt until exiting everything was superb. Our waiter, Jeff, was top-notch and very attentive to our needs. My wife wasn't happy with the first mimosa and he had the bartender make a fresh one to her liking without any words. The ambience and food were top-notch. Yes, we plan to return for a dinner date."

"The food and service were excellent. We travelled into downtown Denver for a special Mother's Day lunch, with the idea of trying a restaurant we hadn't been to before. Ocean Prime lived up to the reviews we had read and was a great place for such a special occasion. Service was maybe over done with a lot of staff moving throughout the setting area. Noise level started low but as can be expected, with more people coming in, so did the noise level. The wine list was a little pricey.
Overall the service and food was great!!"

"We loved our experience! It was a little crowded around our table but the service was fantastic. Our waiter was exceptional. He made us feel welcome and related to our needs as first time visitors. Our table of six ordered six different entrees to maximize our experience and each one from the 10 ounce boneless filet to the tuna special drew rave reviews. The entire experience from the service to the food was worth every cent and we our planning our return."

"This is a very elegant place, but with a genuine Lodo feeling. We had a window table on the second floor. it was a beautiful day, the windows were open and, from the second floor, we had a great view of the Lodo scene."

"Whenever Denver has restaurant week, I always look for those spots where dinner for 1 is about 52.80 and getting dinner for 2 at that price is a steal. Ocean Prime delivered. I have been there before with their regular menu. The service and food still very above the bar. Will recommend for special gathering or just a night out almost any time."

"We originally made reservations to have dinner at Ocean Prime on our anniversary. Due to a late April snowstorm, we cancelled our reservation and had dinner at home. Twelve days later, we went to dinner at Ocean Prime prior to going to a play. The waiter asked if we were celebrating our anniversary. We explained about the snowstorm and were quite surprised when he brought a delicious baked Alaska with, "Happy Anniversary" written in chocolate syrup on the plate. That's great service!"

"We had an excellent experience from the minute we were greeted by the hostess to the minute we walked out of the restaurant. We were promptly seated and attended to right away. Our waiter, Dennis, was one of the best parts of the night. The drinks were delicious. The food was outstanding and the service was impeccable. I can't say enough about our experience. We will absolutely be returning!!!"

"My husband and I visited Ocean Prime to celebrate our first Anniversary. We were really impressed with the service! Everyone was friendly, our glasses were never empty, and we were always checked on. We received champagne upon arriving to celebrate our anniversary and they decorated our dessert to say Happy Anniversary as well. Very impressed with the service and ambiance here. Wonderful restaurant!!"

"It doesn't get any better than Ocean Prime!! We were greeted at the doer like old friends (this was our first visit) and throughout the evening it just got better and better! "What a lovely restaurant experience this was. I am a Piscetarian, eating only fish, so finding quality and diversity on a menu is always a little difficult. The 5 items we enjoyed all could have been the stars of most fish restaurants where I live, but at Ocean Prime every course just kept getting better. The wine list is fantastic, if a little overpriced, but what restaurant wine isn't....We had a problem with a table of men who just got out of the Rockies game being very loud and boisterous, so we mentioned this to Rick, our server who let the GM Heather know. She immedialtely made us feel comfortable my moving us to a quiet booth to finish our delightful meal. Even the chef Bill came out ot check on us as well. Fantastic Place!"

"The food at this restaurant is superb, but VERY pricey. Be prepared to shell out $100 per person. We went there for 5280 and loved it, so went back for our anniversary with another couple. For 5280 we sat looking over Larimer. Very nice, great ambiance. But when we went back for our anniversary, we sat in the main room and the noise was deafening. We sat at a round table for six and I could barely hear the person sitting across from me. The waiter had to repeat the specials to both sides of the table because we could not hear her. This was a Wednesday night (not even weekend). So when you make a reservation, ask to be seated by the windows. Get the grapefruit margarita!"

"We've been to this restaurant before and had a much more enjoyable time. This time the steak and salmon were so-so and the service was very bad. I would never go there on a Sat. night again and would only recommend it with caution. Their salads and potatoes au gratin were delicious, but those were the high points of our visit. We were very disappointed, esp since we were celebrating a special occasion."

"My husband, kids and I just took family who were visiting Denver from out of town to Ocean Prime. We had the best dinner - beautiful views from a small private dining room, fantastic wait staff, amazing food. It was a truly memorable dinner. They have a wonderful wine list, specialty drink list and great menu with lots of options."

"Your service was superb, and the food worth every penny. My only criticism is the layout of your tables: we were seated upstairs and the tables are so close together. We could hear everything that was being said to the right and left of us. I understand wanting to serve as many people as possible, but you must also consider our privacy. We picked a high-end spot like Ocean Prime for a romantic dinner, but sitting immediately next to someone cheapened the experience a little bit. It's also loud and crowded ustairs (due to the amount of tables there). Noise and busy crowds are great downstairs by the bar area, but we'd love a better experience upstairs. We visited the Ocean Prime located in Denver,CO."

"What an awesome experience. I have been to one in Indiana and the one in Denver; both were exellent. Very attentive to detail. The Denver location made our 20th Wedding Anniversary special by meeting us at the door with champagne and making sure that we had a booth for our dinner. It was wonderful."

"Had dinner there recently. THe salad dressing for the seafood cobb salad was awful. Service was intrusive - we had to tell at least three differenct wait staff to stop filling our water glasses. Also, a restaurant of this level should know that you don't start clearing plates until everyone is finished eating."
