"First of all, the food took forever to come out. It was my birthday and there was 5 of us in my group and we arrived at 8pm for our reservation. We got seated right away and when it came to order our entrees, the food took FOREVER to come out. And not only that but the food was dry! I had the Pork from the Specialties List and it was waaaay too dry! It definitely needed some sauce! Also, my friend had the kebab I think and she said it was extremely dry as well. The food definitely needs to be rethought. Service was also very slow. Our waitress would rarely come to our table and the restaurant is pretty small so I don't see why I have to ask like 10x for a waiter to come over to our table. Dessert also took 30-45 mins to come out! Not happy!"

"Ovelia was reccomended to me by a family member who loves the spot. I took my in-laws & met their grand-daughter there for a pre-theatre dinner. She is performing at APAC which is a few blocks from the restaurant. We were able to walk to the theatre after our dinner. Our experience was very good. Service prompt & solid. Food excellent. The chef 's"rough cut chicken" delish! I already know what I'm trying next time(stuffed chicken). Can't wait! It would make a great after theatre drinks etc spot as well."

"Went with a group of old friends to Ovelia's. Delicious, well-prepared Greek classics with impeccably fresh ingredients and a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended, worth a trip. Still thinking about the luscious rotisserie lamb special."

"Inventive, modern-take on Greek food. Was skeptical but blown away. Had the lamb-fig skewers, squid stuffed with feta and peppers, and pasticcio. Everything was delicious. Slightly on the pricey side, but the $6 drinks for HH definitely made up for it. Food is cooked with great care, cocktails are expertly crafted, and service was on-point. Definitely recommend and definitely will be back."

"the brunch menu was full of locally grown organic products, and along with their very "clean" greek style it was a great meal. I was able to make a reservation for brunch which often i find is impossible. The staff was friendly. no complaints, just a nice brunch."
