"Not my first time there - thought I would give is another try...they are overpriced for what they offer (you pay for their rent on the beach) - they are about 30%over priced compaired to others of simular food. The last time that I was there they moved tables all evening long - very loud - this time they were did the same thing . The manager/owner was yelling to staff across the resturant. The 'background' music was a radio station, the station was loud and the commercials on the radio were even louder.
I would not recommend - there are much better sushi/thai food around town."

"we were never informed of the specials mostly because the waiter did not realize that we were on his list of "tables" and was kind of "put out" that he had to wait on us. We enjoy live music, but it was way too loud for the dining area. Just kind of a bad experience compared to others I have had."

"DISAPPOINTING! We went for the lobster special, having been there before. Chef changed from whole maine lobster to Red Lobster 'type' tail halves ... which were over cooked and nearly impossible to get out of the shells. The baked potatoes were not hot, the french fries were luke-warm and soggy, and sitting outside on the patio gave us an overwhelming odor of bad grease cooking. :("

"Our server Greg was great. We went for the lobster event on Wednesdays. He was very attentive and always had a fresh dish of lobster ready for us. They had a DJ that played a good mix of music. My only complaint was the bar service. One of the members of our group arrived first and ordered a drink. When we showed up shortly after, the four bartenders kept passing us by. I understand they were working with other guests, but one of them started chatting with another guest about the decor. I'm all for rapport with guests, but try doing it after everyone is served. The two male bartenders then finished their conversation between themselves then asked if I was being helped. We waited a total of 15 minutes to get a drink at the bar."

"I have eaten at Tokyo Blue twice. I found it to be just average - especially the service. Saturday night's dinner included sushi apps (which were a bit warm - I guess since I saw them sitting on the counter for a bit prior to them being served). Had to ask for Soy sauce (the container on the table was empty), then the very small amount of ginger was an awful way of presenting it – looks like it was just thrown on the plate. The main course was fish (very pricey) for a just fish on a plate - no sides or any other presentation – It looked lost on the big plate all alone. The separate dish of an ice cream scoop of white rice (that probably cost 3cents) was nothing to look at. To spend $100 for 2 on 2 rolls and 2 pieces of fish - with no sides"

"We were late due to traffic. When we called we were treated as if we were most welcomed g uests and that all would be fine whenever we got there..
That turned o it to be true. We req jested table changes as the original table was in too an air conditioned spot. All requests were met with grace. Bottom line we were treated to a most enjoyable evening, great food,great staff ( josh) great ambiance. Will ret urn ASAP, and often"

"Great food but clown show with the valet where there was a big traffic jam and guys running around without effect. Waited 15 minutes for our car which definitely put a sour ending on a nice meal."

"I thought it would be a treat. It was a disaster. We had a reservation but did not get seated on time and waited, then brought into the dining room but some waiters and customers had switched tables and so the table they were bring us to now had two people (we were three). We waited again and were brought to a table backed up to the wall with little chair space and a fire extinguisher mounted between two of us. The table had no cloth, it was dark, noisy and a bit musty in that corner. It took a full 20 minutes for someone to greet us and ask about drinks. One martini came back fair the other had a big space, no vodka. One main course came minutes after we received soup, before one appetizer. Chaotic terrible service."

"My boyfriend and I ate here on a Sunday night, everything was great! It was a little quiet compared to how it has been other times I've eaten there on a Friday or Saturday night when I've been. I highly recommend the tempura duck appetizer, the Thomas roll and the lobster roll. The sashimi was very fresh as well. My boyfriend isn't a sushi guy so he ordered a Kobe beef dish that was amazing as well! I highly reccomend this place for couples who want a verity of food and not just sushi (even though the sush was awesome!)"

"Wednesday Dinner Special - All you can eat Maine Lobster. Hot and fresh and they will keep bringing it until you cant eat any more. Very friendly servers. We ate on the balcony facing the ocean and the weather was perfect."
