"good experience. While the setting is somehow not that fancy, I would even say "diner style", the food was really enjoyable. In particular the fishes were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the sampler plate a delight. Short but interesting wine list with some Israelian wines (! - especially in Utah). A bit expensive but great experience overall."

"I love the food at this restaurant. The lentil soup is yummy, as is everything else. The ambiance is lovely, with beautiful local paintings displayed. The owners are kind and friendly. We have been coming to this restaurant for many many years and plan on going for lots more."

"We were very impressed with Reef's! The service was wonderful and the food was perfect and all eight of us enjoyed it. Not only did they have gluten free options for my father, but when we found ourselves without baby food for our 8-month-old, the kitchen graciously served up some steamed carrots for our daughter to enjoy! We would highly recommend it!"

"We went here again on our most recent visit to Deer Valley and it was better than we remembered. We all love this place. very friendly hosts and delicious food. the falafel are sweet, almost like a desert! Can't wait for next year's trip so we can eat here again."

"Overall our experience at Reef's was a costly disappointment. While tasty, the food was extremely expensive ($40 for a halibut filet with 1/2 cup quinoa, $42 for salmon filets)and came with no vegetables or sides. In contrast, we ate the following night at the Purple Sage and had better entrees with vegetables and sides for signicantly less money. The atmosphere at Reef's is dark and the table tops are really rather ugly. I will say that their chocolate cake is delicious. I would not recommend Reef's to anyone. Our outrageously expensive dinner there was the only blot on an otherwise wonderful family vacation."

"Very pleasant dining experience. Our party of nine - ranging from vegetarians to rare steak eaters and with an equally wide range of dining sophistication - all came away happy. For a simple pleasure, try the cabbage salad with sesame seeds. Service helpful and attentive, but not intrusive and the owner visits each table to ask how things are going.
The dessert menu is small, but the dessert portions are not. Everyone loved the chocolate cake, but don't ignore the pavlova."

"We are used to spending a lot of money for fine dining. The food here is passable, but it was not a good value, because this is not fine dining. The pitas were stale, the quinoa was mushy, the fish was not crusted well. This said, the owner and server were extremely accommodating and attentive and the room was pleasant. Not a bad spot, just not notable."

"I am sad to say that Reef's is starting to slide. They have eliminated one of their signature dishes, Chicken Schnitzel. Prices have increased noticably and they have moved to an A la carte type menu. I ordered a Macadamia Nut Encrusted Halibut and although the fish tasted fine it was difficult to detect the nuts."

"We were greeted by a man sitting in a window. We were given our choice of tables and the service began. We were brought marinated olives. Our server was very knowledgable about the offerings and made wonderful suggestions. We had the sampler which is a must. The hummus, tahini with parsley, baba ghannouj and falafel served with warm pita was some of the best we have eaten. The main entre was not as good. The halibut was overcooked. The scallops are just scallops and need an additional side. Our waiter explained this to us. The price was pretty high when considering ala carte. The halva cookies are a must. This is remarkable to have it as a cookie and retaining the texture of halva. The best part of the meal. There was no decaf coffee."

"On our recent week-long trip to Park City this was the best dinner we had even among higher-end, more expensive restaurants. The fish was perfectly cooked, very moist and flavorful. The starters were exceptional. Everything was delicious and our waiter was very friendly and accommodating. A great way to spend our last night on vacation."
