"I come here once in a while because I crave a really good bibimbap. But every time I come, I always feel ripped off. $18 for the cheapest beef bibimbap, and they charge $0.75 extra for the egg on top, and another extra $1.50 for brown rice instead of white rice. Not only that, but this time they made 2 errors in our order (out of 2 items), they forgot the egg on top of the bibimbap, and they sent white rice instead of brown (and tried to charge us for the brown) with the overpriced seafood hotpot.
Every time I come here, I am inspired to go to BibimQ the next few times. Even though their bibimbap is not quite as good, it is less than half the price and I always get service with a smile."
