"It was my birthday and it took an hour to be seated after they lost me reservation but the service was amazing. I love this place. I will co me back. Thank you so much to the general manager misty and my server sam. Made my birthday amazing. Thank you again."

"When we got there they did not have our reservation from Open table they said that happens alot but they were still able to seat us. It took awhile to be waited on but the food is good and you get alot of it."

"We met up with some Family here for lunch on Easter Sunday , while visiting Universal Studios. It was really convenient. The atmosphere was nice. It was kind of a cloudy rainy day but they had a nice covered patio with heaters ( which we did not need) We had a reservation (from Open Table) and they "forgot" to put it on the list .But they finally found it and we were seated within 10-15 minutes or so . Food was typical steak house fare , nothing special in my opinion. Steaks, burgers, sandwiches and also breakfast foods - The food was good except the hashbrowns my Aunt Had they were literally a blue gray color ! We were told "that happens here" ? not why just that it does - anyway they comped her a fruit bowl but initially we were told ther"

"I went to Saddle Ranch for a goodbye dinner since I'm moving to Texas. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I went on a Sunday and even though they were extremely busy and had a wait time of 20 minutes or so to be seated because I had a reservation they made sure we got seated quickly. The service was very good considering how busy they were.The food was excellent and the bull riding was very fun. And at to end of the night we made smores by the fireplace. I was very happy with my visit and definitely recommend it to anyone who hasnt already been there."

"Food was good with a large selection however they seemed to serve smaller portions in overly large bowls and plates which did not help with the overall presentation. Also, we had a party of 11 people to celebrate my birthday which was stated on our reservations. Not one person acknowledged that nor was your typical "Birthday" song ever song as expected with most restaurants. They did however give us free cotton candy since it was St. Pattys day."

"Service was excellent. Waitress kept the champagne coming. Some food orders were not prepared correct from kitchen. Restaurant wasn't busy at time we went (Sunday at 1pm) so preparation was somewhat poor."

"We actually waited for and hour and a half before getting our food. The server informed us 20 minutes after we ordered that a party of 50 people just placed their orders and the kitchen was going to be backed up for 10-15 minutes. To fix the situation they brought out chips and salsa on the house. For me it wasn't worth getting written up with my boss because I was over a half of an hour late getting back to work for the hour we are given. In retrospec I should have walked out on the bill and in the future I will."

"Love their bottomless mimosa brunch!! The management at this location really cares about whether their customers are happy and even helps the servers when they're overloaded. The manager was awesome at gifting us a cotton candy & a shot! I'll definitely go back just on management & bottomless mimosa's alone!"

"The kitchen was closed due to too many orders, so the waiters would not let us sit at one of the several open/reserved tables to watch the band even though we agreed to order from the bar. Our children were allowed to order kids meals from the bar but had to either sit at the bar to eat or go outside in the cold. They wouldn't let them get their food from the bar then sit at one of the open tables. Unreal situation. The wait staff all gave different instuctions and disagreed with each other on how to handle us. In hindsight, we should have addressed things with a Manager. Other than that, the band was fantastic!"

"This was a great place for my daughter's 21t Birthday Party. Her birthday fell on a weeknight and she had college classes the next morning so she didn't want to host the traditional drinking party for her 21st. She also had friends she wanted to invite that were only 19-20 years old. She wanted a place where her underage friends could attend and have refreshments and party. She also wanted a party club type atmosphere for her older guests who wanted to toast her birthday. This was the perfect medium. EVERYONE had a great time. The food was good, the service was excellent, the music was great and the guests loved riding the bull! The valet parking was reasonable with validation, but they did close a bit early at 10PM."
