The Belvedere Dining room and Lounge is elegant, luxurious and discreet; traversing between cosmopolitan chic and presidential power lunches. Often it's said that board meetings could be held here as quorum has so easily been met. "We went there for a business lunch (group of 5). Their service was too slow, it took 2 hours to get out of there. The food taste great but portions were too small. I am not big eater usually I have 6' subway for lunch and feel full. Although every body took 3 course meal, everyone was joking about going to get a sub afterwards."

"A beautiful inset decor set against a exposed brick walls gives the restaurant a very modern, clean feel while the brick reminds that there is history in this building. A wonderful charm of this upscale and intimate restaurant. Friendly, polite and knowledgeable staff kept us laughing and informed of the details of each of the delectable treats that came our way. We were made to feel is if we were old friends to all of the staff from the moment we crossed the threshold.
The food was an magnificent! From the amuse bouche to the last bite of sticky toffee pudding. The Duck Dargret was second to none. The wine pairings were perfect and we look forward to returning.
We attended as part of The Big Taste so enjoyed a set, prix fix menu."

"We like fresh, plant-based food, but we sure didn't find it here! The vegetarian bowl was bland and unimaginative, and the bison stroganoff was too short on mushrooms and long on dry, tasteless meat (although the sauce was very nice). We were very disappointed with the food, although the service and ambiance were lovely. Maybe if you're more of a carnivore."

"We had not been to Belvedere for quite some time. Although we arrived somewhat early, the lounge and dining side were deserted. By the time we left 2 hours latest there were perhaps 3 tables. Service was fine, soup of the day resembled dishwater with as little flavour or taste. Monkfish was terrible but the lamb was good. Won't be back anytime soon. Based on the food I can see why the place was emptya. Little value for the very high price."
