35 Steaks + Martinis
35 Steaks + Martinis is inspired by the clean, classic steakhouse with an edge. Featuring a unique blend of colors, the space consists of chocolate, charcoal, silver, gold, white and chrome finishes. Some of the eye-catching accents include custom chrome-plated chandeliers suspended from the main dining room, as well as black pearl glass pendants and white shell sconces adorned in the private dining area. The main dining room presents two elevations with silver, textured walls, split-faced marble stone and chocolate padded columns. The bar and lounge area features welcoming yet elegant fabrics and patterns, chrome and glass shelving and offers the perfect spot for people-watching. Rock and roll influences are executed through raw black and white photography scattered throughout the space.

"Had a great dinner here. My buddy and I go to Vegas a couple times a year and try to hit a new steakhouse or sushi bar every time we go. Since we were seeing Andrew Dice Clay later at the HRH, we decided to go to their steakhouse. I ordered the 8 oz filet. It was cooked medium rare which is perfect for me. The sides of mashed potatoes and creamed spinach were very good. My friend ordered the sea bass. He said it was an 8 out of 10 and would have given it a 9 if it wasn't so salty. Not terribly salty, but salty. They had a live band playing near the bar and it was a little on the loud side. We could still have a conversation without problem but closer to the bar would have been a problem."

"The reason I would not recommend this restaurant is that they started clearing up the restaurant around us and it was only 10:30. It was a wedding celebration for 4 people and they did not come and ask if we wanted another drink or if all was ok. 'We got the distinct impression that they wanted us out of there asap. It spoiled our wedding celebrations. Also the cost of the evening was quite expensive for what we had and it is in a rather seedy looking hotel and area."

"You MUST visit 35 Steaks for the Tomahawk!!! I have never had a better steak in my life. At $100 the price may come as a shock at first but is worth every sent. Perfect for sharing. Our server Derek couldn't have made our night better, he was amazing. My husband LOVED the Gimlet he recommended. Vitor was great as well, making sure our table was always clean and we were never without anything, thanks for making our last night in Vegas so special!"

"A completely miserable experience. Oysters with shell chips and an uninspired mignonette(and nothing else, not even a slice of lemon) was the start of my dining experience in this ignominious eatery. The courses were dumped on my table by a disinterested food runner without as much as a smile. The bread basket was delivered post appetizer. The arrival of the steak was one more disappointment in an ongoing culinary nightmare. Bland with a complete lack of seasoning (apparently the pot of catsup based steak sauce was to make up for this) tossed on a plate and sullenly delivered after an inordinately lengthy wait. The wine list is mediocre and the martinis were not mentioned verbally or on the menu. Do yourself a favor, ignore this place."

"Our group of 5 early dined at 35 Steaks located in the Hard Rock prior to the Def Leopard concert. The chicken, NY Steaks, crab cake, sea bass, salads and sides were all well prepared and presented in this very busy, energetic room. Our server, Vitor, and his team did a great job throughout the evening. The team didn't miss a beat from start to finish. One downside, the room was very loud so conversation among those at our table was somewhat difficult."

"My wife and I went to 35 Steaks + Martinis at the Hard Rock Hotel before a concert. I'm really glad we made reservations because shortly after we got to our table, the place really started filling up. The servers work in teams which made us feel very well taken care of and they were excellent. My wife had a Kansas City Strip Steak cooked medium rare. I got a filet mignon, also cooked medium rare. Both steaks were exceptional and cooked perfectly. One of the servers had suggested the Kansas City Strip to us as her personal favorite and it did not disappoint. It was tastier than the filet in the sense that it had more complex flavors. There is a huge wine selection and their martinis with bleu cheese-stuffed olive are superb!"

"I have been on a personal search for "Best Steak" for a little while now. I found that 35's 'Tomahawk' steak was all that it is hyped to be. The aged meat was very flavorful and, even at 35 days of aging, very juicy and tender. A excellent cut and if it were priced alittle better would be the top contender on my, far from finished, list.
Although I am not a Martini drinker (never) I felt that this would be as good a place as any to give it a shot. I went with the Serrano and loved it. I had no idea .
I would definitely recommend this restaurant to family and friends especially when in need of a spot for special occasions."

"We had dinner here on our last trip to Vegas, and enjoyed it very much. While my steak was slightly overcooked on the edges, it was still very tender and flavorful. The sides are ordered family style, and are easily enough to share with 2 - 3 people. The wine list was great - a decent selection, with a wide range of price points. Our waitress/waiter team were great - they kept the meal flowing without rushing you through any course. I would definitely return, or recommend it to anyone staying at the Hard Rock."

It was a great start to a great evening. The service was efficient and pleasant and Joe was very nice explaining all of the different selections on the menu. The lobster bisque was really good but wasn't hot when we received it. My wife sent it back to be heated... The porterhouse was delicious although just a bit over cooked.. And the lamb was also delicious although a little under cooked. The asparagus and mushrooms were also delicious. Overall we had a really nice time."

"Food is fantastic, service is decent, but servers are handling multiple tables. For a smaller restaurant, they seemed to be understaffed at times. Hard to get drink refills quickly and I found myself looking around for someone to refill often. Restaurant is very loud due to the smaller environment. Not good for a low key or intimate dinner."

"We reserved for 9 p.m. to allow for dinner service to slow. We were WRONG. The restaurant was packed full. We proceeded to the bar area to wait for a table & were finally seated at 9:15 p.m. This wasn't a horrible wait, however from the time we actually placed our order at roughly 9:30 p.m. to the time it was actually served was almost 45 minutes! I had not anticipated I'd still be working on dinner at 10:30 p.m. Our waiter checked on us quite a bit, as did a gentleman who appeared to be the manager, hence my "Fair" rating on service, but purely based on timeliness of food delivery I would've rated service as "Poor". That alone prevents me from wanting to recommend this restaurant to anyone. On the plus side, our steaks were delicious."

"I had an awful experience at the restaurant. I always look forward to a nice steak dinner every time I visit THE VEGAS. I was extremely disappointed with my visit. My bone ilet was overcooked for the majority of the steak and completely rare on the other. The taste was also very bland. The brussel sprouts and mushrooms were in small quantities and uneventful. The wait for the food was extremely long, which they acknowledged. The only delightful part of the visit was our server. The decor from the previous restaurant Rare 120 was easier on the eyes, but not a huge improvement overall. Sadly, I will skip the restaurant even though Hardrock is my only hotel."
