Buca di Beppo serves authentic Italian cuisine in an eclectic, vintage setting. Our dishes are served family-style, meant to be shared by everyone at the table. Two sizes are available: BUCA SMALL feeds up to two and BUCA LARGE feeds up to four. "We arrived on time and were seated within 20-30 minutes. This was OK for me - It was Mother's Day, very busy, and I expected to wait a few minutes to be seated. After we were seated, server came right away, very nice. Took our order and even got our drinks and soup quickly. Then we waited and waited and waited - after one hour and 15 minutes we left without eating anything but the soup. The staff kept saying they didn't know what was wrong, but kept apologizing for the food taking too long. A lady that was at the table across from us said it took her 1 hour and 30 minutes to get their meal. Their children were getting bored. I have never been anywhere where this has happened before. Don't know what was going on, but will not go back."

"It was a ok dining experience. The server was fair at best as we always had to wait for him for drinks and had to track him down for the check and take home boxes. We also were informed at 5pm on Mothers Day that they were out of meatballs. You tell me should you have been out of anything on the menu especially meatballs on Mothers Day. To be honest I would have to think twice before me and my family go back to this location. Also, when greeted by the hostess and I know she was busy but she was shall we say not very friendly."

"We were celebrating a college graduation and wanted an informal group setting...we had not visited Buca in quite a while. We were disappointed that you no longer had the infused olive oil with spices...big let down, pizza sauce was average, not enough meat sauce to cover the pasta. Great server, wonderful atmosphere...sadly disappointed in the quality of your food."

"One of the worst dining experiences I have ever endured. Service was terrible- hostess was extremely rude and the server obviously did NOT care about delivering even medicre service. Food was horrible. Ordered two appetizers, both of which were unavailable (and it took the server ten minutes to even inform us) and ended up being charged $12 for a basket of stale Italian bread with a sparce topping of cheap shredded cheese. Ordered veal for an entree. BIG mistake. The veal was so dry and hard that it was inedible. The entree didn't even come with pasta (we order a side of pasta and got a cold lump of sticky Angelhair for $7). We ended up paying $60 for a dinner that we hated. Even if the food was edible, it would have been overpriced."

"We had a great time at the Kitchen Table,as usual! It's our favorite spot!
My only concern was that when we arrived at 5:04 - traffic was bad and the parking lot was pretty full - the hostess stated to us, "You're lucky you got here. I almost gave your table to the people who asked for it at 5:00." Her tone was not polite at all.
I had requested the table for 5:30 as an online reservation. Kaitlyn had called my cell phone to ask if we could move our reservation up to 5:00 since she had a prior reservation at 7:00, and I gladly agreed. I just felt like the hostess was unnecessarily rude to us with that comment."

"Friendly and helpful staff. A very comfortable family atmosphere. This was my first visit and it won't be my last! The food was EXCELLENT and there was plenty left to take home. The menu has quite a variety to choose from so picky eaters won't be able to complain about anything. The prices are very reasonable. I love this place!"

"I've been the the location in Station Square and loved it. This trip though was nothing like I was used to! I made reservations two days before and still had to wait 15 minutes for a table. Our server seemed like she had an attitude. We had to ask for plates, ask for silverware, remind her that we needed more waters. The food was bland! All of the sauces were watery! In our Alfredo we found some paper or a rubber band and asked for a new one! It came out in less then ten minutes but was straight water. We told the manager about our poor experience and she apologized. Took an additional coupon off our tab but since we were a large party we still ended up paying 18% gratuity. And the service was not worth that!"
