Buca di Beppo serves authentic Italian cuisine in an eclectic, vintage setting. Our dishes are served family-style, meant to be shared by everyone at the table. Two sizes are available: BUCA SMALL feeds up to two and BUCA LARGE feeds up to four. "I'm a very picky eater and this is one of the very first restaurants that I enjoy going. Actually my first choice. I love the antipasto salad, the bread is yummy and fresh with the oil/vinegar. Costumer service is a plus! Everyone seems to be having a good time every time I go. Smiles, smiles and more smiles."

"You really can't go wrong with this lovely place. It might not be the latest flash in the pants restaurant but Bucca will not disappoint for consistent quality and be yourself place. One thing though like any old reliable it needs some maintenance, the cushions on the benches need to be replaced last year it's like seating on concrete:-(."

"We celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday, she had a wonderful time. The food and service was very good. Their multicolored birthday cake was delicious. The staff sang a special birthday song and signed b-day card along with lighted red candles in a silver three candle holder. I recommend this place for the food, service an overall ambiance."

"We had a fabulous time celebrating my brother's 40th birthday. The food and the service was excellent as always. The table we were given for our party of 8 plus a highchair was a little tight as we were all adults (and not the skinniest ones) - -but the staff was accomodating and allowed us to pull the table away from the wall to help feel like we had more space."

"As always, the food and service were terrific. Nuf said on that.
While there are a variety of seating at Buca (from intimate to large party), my favorite is their "kitchen table." It is a booth which is directly within the kitchen. This is "front row" to watching the order pickup counter; it is lots of fun. We get to ask the servers about the different food bring brought out, watch how they prepare food, and see all the guests go by as they are shown to their tables, which passes right through the kitchen). We even greet the arriving guests as if we owned the place -- geeky, but the guests and the servers really enjoy it.

"We really enjoyed the food, but it was extremely loud. There was several groups having parties and they were very loud. My husband and I were looking forward to a romantic evening together, but we could barely hear ourselves over the groups. We asked to sit somewhere else, but the host said there were no other tables and did not even offer to have us wait a little bit in order to find a better table.
The food was excellent and the service was quick, so therefore we still had a nice evening. Just wish they would have at least kept one room large group free, so we could have enjoyed our night out together as they are far and few between as we really did not get to hear each other without screaming."

"We have not been there in years, we had gift cards to go! We went for our twins Birthday and they so enjoyed all the food that came to the table! And their huge dessert!! We did not think there was enough variety on the menu! So we did not go as often. We noticed more items on the menu! It was all good! The service was outstanding! The food came out hot and fast! "We had reservations for 2:15. Upon arrival at 2:10 we walked by maybe 50 patrons waiting outside and another 20 or so in the lobby where we checked in with the host. At exactly 2:15 they called us for our table! What a relief. The 4 of us were taken to our table where we enjoyed our meal with prompt and friendly service and a delicious meal. Just can't say enough about the way the staff handled what must have been a very hectic day for them. Thanks BUCA of Maitland!"

"We used to have one in Daytona Beach. We were disappointed when it closed, and wanted to see where the closest one was. The restaurant in Maitland is still worth the drive. The restaurant is unique, with the different rooms. It is best to come hungry, because everything is so delicious and well made. The service is attentive and not rushed at all, particularly Craig Taylor. We would love to have one back in Daytona. My wife has already decided that she wants her next birthday there."

"This is a family style restaurant, which is kind of fun.
The service was great and most of the food was great too. The shrimp florentine, however, was really boring and bland. The eggplant parmigiana and wedge salads were excellent. I didn't care for the chicken stuffed ham, but I'm not much of a meat person. Everyone else thought it was great.
Don't expect the kids portion to actually be kid sized. It was the same size as an adult portion at most restaurants."

"We have been to this location numerous times. We have been for birthday dinners, friends in town and our wedding rehearsal dinner. This time we were there for our 9 year-olds birthday. We always get 3-4 entrees. This time was no different. The service was quick and friendly. The food was good and the walls are always fun to look over. Would recommend going with at least 3 people, so you can try at least 2 entrees."

"Since the Buca closed in Daytona Beach, we now take the 50 mile drive to Maitland when the urge hits us. I lived in Italy for 5 years and can attest to the quality of the food. The only dissapointment was the veal dish (saltimbocca). You would do well to put your money in the price of milk fed veal and leave off the expensive prossuito. What we were served was "vitello;" not top of the line, milk fed veal. Because there is little grazing land in Italy, milk fed veal is plentiful. Vitello is a born calf which is fed grains/grasses before they go to the professional markets. Hence the somewhat tough "veal" dishes."

"We recently went to Buca's for my son's birthday. It was a great time. The greeters were friendly, our wait staff was very helpful, and the food was delicious as usual. The manager also made a point to greet us and make sure the food was to our liking. Overall, it was a wonderful experience as always!"

"We were seated in the bar. In a booth that sat very low. Our server was nice but really was pushing certain foods. We took her advise but the food tasted like it had been prepared ahead and had been sitting for a while. When paying I used a coupon that was not deducted from the bill. Could not seem to find our server so I deducted the ten dollars from her tip."

"The annoying hostess that wouldn't shut-up, even after we told her we'd been there before, set the tone for this visit. The waitress wasn't attentive... or around to wait on us. Some other guy stepped in to help, but we kept having to repeat everything we ordered."
