Buca di Beppo serves authentic Italian cuisine in an eclectic, vintage setting. Our dishes are served family-style, meant to be shared by everyone at the table. Two sizes are available: BUCA SMALL feeds up to two and BUCA LARGE feeds up to four. At Buca, guests delight in our lively atmosphere, enjoy the classic tunes of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin and admire our décor, including family photos and candid shots of Italian-American icons, such as Sophia Loren and Joe DiMaggio. "We went on Mother's Day for dinner, and it was super busy, even though we were able to make a reservation two days before. We had to wait a few minutes for our table, even though we had a reservation, but it was not a long wait. We did, however, wait for about an hour to get our food. They brought our salad right away and we polished off two baskets of bread and a whole bottle of wine, so when our food came, we had to get most of it boxed up to go. The food was incredibly delicious though!
I would definitely recommend."

"We have been fans of Buca for years and for the first time left feeling like the food was mediocre and over-priced. We tried to order our favorite item on the menu - the chicken marsala - and the server told us the recipe had been changed and it wasn't very good. That was disappointing as I have felt that Buca's chicken marsala was the best around. We wanted to order the garlic mashed potatoes and they are no longer on the menu. The Burnsville Buca still offers them, but again disappointing. The fettucini alfredo was not good. It was very dry and barely had any sauce on it. The spicy chicken rigatoni barely had any chicken in it and again, little sauce. The parmesan chicken had plenty of sauce, but was tough. Not sure we will be back."

"We visit Buca's frequently and this past Sat. dinner while we were there was very frustrating. The small room we were in was very crowded and loud. I was with my family of 6 and we couldn't even talk to each other because of the noise.

"We set up reservations online and it was so nice and worked perfect. We wanted to try something sifferent then our normal places to eat. We drove to Burnsville from Mankato to celibrate Mothers Day and it was worth the deive. It was our first time and it definitely surpassed our expectations. The service was great the food was amazing. I would recommend this to anyone."

"Buca seems to be rebounding. Last time we were here it was a horror due to the lousy service we received from Matt. Our hearts were in our mouths when we walked in and saw him in the kitchen area. My wife and I agreed to be asked to be seated elsewhere in case we got him as a server. Fortunately that wasn't the case and we had a splendid time. The service was prompt, courteous and professional; unlike out last experience with Matt.

"We usually love going to Buca's. We drive over 100 miles to eat at Buca's in Burnsvilke, MN, but Saturday night was the worse. Service was extremely slow, and when our food finally did arrive after waiting over an hour, two items were incorrect. Decided it woukd take TOO long for our server to correct our order, so we just let it go. We did tell our server about the incorrect items, but he didn't correct our bill. We were over charged for the two items, but just paid the bill and left. Took so long for our server to even come take our debit card, so we decided just to pay in cash and get out of there. Very POOR service!"

"We went to Buca's for our son's 22nd birthday. We were seated at the "Chef's Table" which is in the kitchen by the way. While it was a little noisy, watching the chefs cook was mesmerizing. They gave us an appetizer for our "inconvenience". Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. We took a Colossal Brownie Sundae home for dessert. Needless to say we all suffered from a sugar hangover the next morning, but it was so worth it!"

"I will never got to Bucca on Valentines Day ever again! We were a group of 2=Obliviously a couple. Don't put a wooden divider between two different groups of people at one table. That is NOT intimate and VERY Tacky. I would fire whoever made that call. That was just silly!"

"The food was amazing and tasted great. Our server however failed to check in more than once and I was left sitting with an empty glass for more than 5 minutes. I had to flag down a food runner to ask to get the server to bring the check and to box our food to go. The server didn't even tell us her name and so we couldn't even have that courtesy from her. "If you come here as a couple, since portions are served family style, just plan to take extra food home. The atmoshere is a kick, which makes it fun.
We had the bruschetta, braised short ribs, and a dish with four kinds of pasta. The bruschetta came in a huge margarita type glass - an interesting presentation. The taste was just OK, nothing special. The sauce within which the short ribs were submerged was really not that tasty (just like a brown sauce)- actually planned to take home the extra and do something like BBQ/A1 combo, which would have been an improvement. The four kinds of pasta were all worthy of an Italian restaurant. So overall, just fine food albeit a bit disappointing."
