"Spark has a great brunch every Sunday, food is good and very similar to the many brunch spots I have experienced, omelette bar, carving station, bottomless champaign et al., but for a very reasonable $25 per person! Further, they have an great whitewater view of the Pacific and the Landmark Huntington Beach Pier. Oh and their live entertainment is excellent, not too loud, Mike sings and plays guitar covering many hits classics and modern day."

"Great selection for buffet style brunch. Some of the food was cold, but everything was very tasty and our server kept the champagne glasses full. I was impressed with the selection of seafood: from ceviche, poke, cajun shrimp & oyster shooters! The crepe station and eggs benedict were favorites among our group. With all that and a beautiful beach backdrop, we will definitely be back!"

"Seated in a noisy area near the front entrance and outside. Seated quickly, but not served main entree until 40 miutes after ordering. Then served the wrong entree. The waitress "heard" incorrectly. I ordered the petite filet mignon, and another server brought a New York steak. Perhaps the noise also effected the waitress' hearing. After waiting 40 minutes I did not want to wait any longer, so I settled for the NY staek. Disappointed with the NY steak. Had a great steak a few years back, and came to celebrate my birthday. Will not return."

"We had dinner on a Friday evening and it was wonderful - the service was fabulous and the food was great. Jessica was our server.
She said we should come back for the Sunday Brunch because it was terrific..and so we did. The food offerings were not good - mostly low cost high carb items, some you couldn't identify. The food was not hot, and the trays were not refreshed the entire time we were there. There was one attendant behind the buffet line and one attendant to cook omelets, crepes and slice a pork roast (which was almost tasteless and tough). The cost was $23.00 per adult. While the location and the view was really nice, the food was not. If you go, go for a meal off menu not for the brunch."

"We had an amazing dining experience here, celebrating my mother's 78th birthday! Everyone was extremely accommodating, the hostess was kind, helpful, and gracious. Our server was outstanding! He was attentive, professional, knowledgable of the menu, and very friendly. The restaurant is clean, tastefully decorated, and welcomes you with comfort and class. Although I did not have wine, they have a great wine list, and a wall of wine stored within view. The bartender mixes a exciting and well mixed martini! We brought our 9 year old and she loved the food and had a wonderful time."

"Took the inlaws to Spark to celebrate mom's birthday. Went on a Saturday night so was crowded (also crowded due to restaurant week). Restaurant week offering was disappointing so we all ordered off the menu. Food in general was good, however side dishes (particularly the asparagus) were not very good. Kids menu mac and cheese my daughters favorite. Waited a long time for our food but our waitress was very pleasant and upbeat."
