"I went with a gift certificate from Rue la la. The service was terrible. It took 40 minutes to get our drinks, and the food and drink were below average. I would not recommend...or go back."

"Service at this restaurant varies greatly. I have been there when I got excellent service and this last time our service was poor. We had a short time frame which we commumicated up front and the waitress still took her time getting back to us to take our orders. One entree was severed way overcooked and she didn't ask how everything was. We had to flag her down to send it back. The second one came as it was time to leave and was even more overcooked than the first, so one guest left without dinner. The restaurant did bring the guest a salad to eat while the rest of us ate which was a nice touch and they did adjust the bill."

"This was one of the worst dining experiences that I have ever had. The only positive thing I have to say is you can park at the hotel and get your parking validated and pay only $12.00.

The service (our server was Anne Marie) was terrible. It took 45 minutes before we even got to order drinks. When we did order it took another 45 minutes for the appetizers to come out and one of them was totally wrong and they had to re-do it. Dinner came and it was barely edible and you could hammer nails with the bread.

I will never go back again! Unless I need cheap parking on a Saturday night."

"A Friday night at Liberte Urban Chic Lounge was a great comfortable experience. Our server, Danielle, was helpful and ready to make our evening a memorable one in any way she could. She was professional, pleasant, and customer service oriented. The drinks were perfect, food prepared to perfection and the atmosphere was just right for a Friday evening. "Food was superb, Margot was terrific. The whole evening was so very enjoyable. While the bar area was vibrant we were able to have a very quiet dinner. Loved how the chef used fennel with the chicken curry dish and the sliced snow peas with the lettuce in the shrimp appetizer dish. The signature champagne drink with ginger & lemon was not to my liking & Margot switched it to a Kir Royale instead without an issue."

"The waitstaff was among the many wonderful features of our lunch. They were prompt without being overbearing and extremely courteous when one of the people at my table wanted to return something she felt might be a bit "off". Everything else was delicious, unusually prepared and displayed imaginatively on the plates. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable; the upholstered furniture very comfortable, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone for a special meal or event."

"My experience dining there was on Restaurant Week. I found it delightful and the servings were much more generous than most restaurants during this special week. There were three of us dining and we all had something different and they were equally delightful. I often visit the bar and there bar tidbits are also very good."
