"Our group was celebrating my daughter's 21st birthday. My husband and I have in the past worked in the area and has eaten at Michael's Cafe. We felt this would be a great location for us to take our daughter. Our food was great, waiter very attentive and we had a great time. I highly recommend Michael's Cafe for Lunch, Dinner or special occasion."

"I met a girlfriend here for lunch, it was a midway point for us to meet. I've never been here before. The place needs to be updated. It's very dark inside and has the smell of stale cigarettes from years ago when people smoked in restaurants. I'm sure it's stuck in the walls and floors still. Our salads were tasty and fresh. Our waitress was very sweet. But it's not a place that I would return to."

"Michael's is famous for their crab cakes and justifiably so. For years, I've used it as a convenient meeting place for friends and have never had a bad time. Our server, Nichole, was attentive and flexible. I had the fried green tomato stack with crab and beurre blanc---delicious. They have a busy bar, but the adjoined restaurant is generally quieter, except during construction."

"I have been going to Michael's for years, however, Friday evening was a terrible showing on their part. I requested a booth or nice table in the restaurant. They did not take note of my request and we had to be seated in the bar. The band was so loud you could not hear yourself think. The food was excellent, as always, but the dining experience was a total disaster. A band of the type they had just ruined the entire evening."

"This is my husband and I fouth time at Michaels the first time was excellent but now it seems to be decling. This last time on March 3 2013 My broccoli was cold just seem like it was taken out of the refigertor and place on the plate, but I did not complain about it. There was no more buffalo orsters my husband love them. the stuff mushrooms seem to have gotten smaller what up with that.I would still recommend Michaels, and we would still come ourselevs and hope that it will be better then the last. thank you"

"Weekly date night every Thursday night for my wife and I. We use to be regulars of Patricks for over ten years, but their food quailty and management went way down hill. I love my steaks and prime rib. Patricks started selling horse meat. So after complaining for weeks I gave up.. Started coming here to Michaels and have loved every meal! Top notch service and top notch food. If you have the choice..request Alex as your server..she is the best ever! I am in customer service all day as a manager for a Cadillac service department and know the high demands of customers. This place delivers!! Doing a great job keeping their employees on their toes, all the way to the buss staff and support staff. Very pleasent and helpfull staff"

"My favorite place to go for Crabcakes. I don't eat them anywhere else. They are full of jumbo lump crab, broiled to perfection. The salad was fresh and nice size. The asparagus was thin and tender but grilled with way too much oil. My other side was a baked potato, nothing special. My daughter always enjoys their chicken noodle soup. She also had a turkey club sandwich with fries. The first order of fries were cold, the server quickly replaced with hot ones. I didn't care for the skinny fries myself. No room for dessert."

"Service was good and the food was equally good. I had the lobster crab cake with sweet potato fries. Wouldn't necessarily recommend the lobster crab cake if you are hungry - it was small on a large plate and really got lost on the plate. It was good, but not filling. My party & I both had the bread pudding and coffee for desert - Awesome!! Definitely will return and hope you will check it out some time."
