Mart Anthony's
Mart Anthony’s is your home for authentic Italian cooking. We have been serving traditional Italian food to the Chicagoland community since 1981.
Our recipes have been handed down through our family for three generations. Only the finest and freshest ingredients go into our menu and we are happy to share our love of food with you.
Some of our favorite dishes are Grilled calamari, Tortellini romano, Chicken Saltimboca and of course, our signature dish, The Mart Anthony Filet encrusted in Pecorino Romano cheese in a Pomodoro sauce. Have lunch or dinner around a table with your family or co-workers, or a cozy dinner for two. Come sit elbow-to-elbow at the bar and enjoy the camaraderie that happens when our customers are well-fed and have their cocktail of choice at hand. The dining room at Mart Anthony’s can accommodate all of these different groups and then some. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and if you’re not careful, you may stay longer than you thought.

"Met with a group before the Blackhawks game. Friendly bar service waiting for others to arrive, once seated waiter was helpful and knowledgeable. Multiple dishes ordered, sausage and peppers appetizer disappeared immediately, veal parm was excellent! Dependable and convenient- can't go wrong!"

"The place is a little deceptive. From the outside it looks like your typical corner bar. Inside it looks a little less like your corner bar but still a bar. But then the food...the serving sizes are large and very good. The staff is friendly.
The only negative experience I had was with my open table reservation not being in their system...glad I called to confirm"

"We have been here a few times and have loved every experience. We tried the meatball this night and it was the best I have tried. Moist, flavorful, simply perfect. The wait staff is friendly and informative, they have clearly been with the restaurant quite a while. I really can't wait to go back."

"Really liked this spot. The food was excellent. I had the seafood ravioli - YUM! Great atmosphere, cozy and warm. It definitely felt like a place that has 'regulars'. The staff was very friendly and our waiter was quick with the drinks and food. We thought it was a bit odd though that he did not ask about appetizers, salads, second drinks or offer a dessert menu. I guess they don't want to push or "suggestive sell" customers into items they may not want which is kind of refreshing actually. We will not let this small oddity keep us away. We will definitely return and recommend this friendly spot to our friends!"
